I am beyond horrified by the treatment I am currently receiving from the very place I spent almost 400 dollars with in less than a month's time I love this place or so I thought I Received my order and there was alot missing I politely call to speak to the manager to which I was told please let me know what you're missing and we will make it right I told the lady what was missing and I literally only received two marshmallows I was missing my whole lot of stuff and then when I called to speak with them again about the same situation I was informed that two packages should have arrived then spoke with the area manager and she told me that she spoke with a woman who packed my order and the woman admitted yes she left off some things she doesn't remember what even though I was clearly telling her what was missing then she insinuated that maybe I was had poor eyesight or maybe I was tired I then called a different location to try and get through to management or something I received another call from the chocolate crocodile management and she said that the computers whenever they sent my online order to the store did not print out the correct quantity of the items that I ordered that's not my fault I paid for everything that I wanted only to receive hardly anything I'm being robbed and I do plan on pursuing this to the highest extent how dare you insinuate that I'm crazy because you don't want to do your job I'm beyond disgusted I don't recommend this place at all there's other places who do honest business who would love to have me...

Just went home this past weekend and I called ahead of time for staff to have some made and I even called the other location. Both locations assured me that they will some made. Arrived the next day and no croc. nest were made. I was livid. Spoke to the girl at the Bossier location and I called the other location AGAIN. No one took accountability for the screw up at the Bossier location. She told me it would take 30 minutes for some to be made. Read moreI visited here 2 weeks ago like I normally would when I am in Louisiana. I purchased 4 red velvet apples & 2 cheesecake apples. The young boy who helped us was disgusting. He rang up my order on the tablet with the same gloves he used to cut my apples. I’m sure he didn’t change his gloves his entire shift. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene so I purchased my apples and left and threw them away. I made an attempt to address it with management 1 week ago to no avail. I assume customer service is not a priority. This type of behavior is unsatisfactory. During this pandemic cleanliness should be taken seriously like never before.
