PLEASE, do not purchase a Rolex from this store, and if I were you I'd take a real jeweler in to examine anything you purchase. We purchased a fake/partially fake Rolex from this store and when we got appraised for insurance purposes, the jeweler looked at the exterior of the watch and said it was not a real Rolex band, not all diamonds around the face were genuine and the crystal was not a Rolex crystal. Paid 8,000.00. The jeweler said RETURN, four days after purchase we did just that and Kay's WILL NOT take back. FRAUD, still fighting over this...be careful folks. Other Kay's stores said Kay's do not sell Rolex Watches it was probably a trade!!! Never buy from the outlet. Keira, the asst. manager will hang up on you if you question their knowledge of the Rolex watches they sell. If anyone would like to talk to me about this...leave a message here and I'll be glad to provide more inf. I do not want to see this happen to anyone else.
FYI- we took back only 4 DAYS after purchase, just long enough for the jeweler to appraise...and then because he deemed the watch worthless.
Also~ The watch was never looked at within because, duh, if the band is not a Rolex band, the diamonds are fake and the crystal is fake...why go further, right? Any real jeweler would turn this appraisal away, the customer, me had already been taken for 8,000.00
The above was posted 4 years ago~ I thought I should update you all. Kay's did eventually reimburse us for the watch and accepted the return. It was a lengthy process and they did only, I'm certain, because I wasn't going to stop until they did the ol' squeaky wheel AND they had too much riding against them receipt, phone calls, appraisal et. al. I would've had much more respect had they acknowledged the error from go~ upper management...
Read moreMy wife and I have had two bad experiences with this store in particular. First time we were there I opened an account and line of credit, which I used to purchase her wedding ring. At the time they didn’t have the accompanying band in her size so we ordered it. After that we never received a call telling us it came in, and when we called about it, it had never been ordered. People make mistakes and that’s fine, no big deal we ended up getting the band from a different Kays. Just recently my wife went to purchase a garnet gemstone ring, January’s birthstone, and was specifically looking for a white gold band. She had been to two or three other locations and nobody had what she wanted. Someone at this location sold her a ring and told her it was white gold, she didn’t misunderstand and didn’t hear wrong because she has been looking specifically for white gold all day. When we got to our local jeweler to have it sized we found out it was actually sterling silver. Just overall poor customer experiences both times. Will never do...
Read moreMy husband and I are a very young couple. We’ve been married slightly over a year and wanted to upgrade my rings. Alexis , the assistant store manager , welcomed us with open arms and immediately started trying to help me find what i wanted. Tekina, the store manager, was also there and brought over options for me to see once hearing what i was looking for. They both treated us with kindness and respect, and showed extreme patience as it took me 2 hours to make a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured by either of them to make any decision quicker. Alexis pulled up the prices of each ring / set I looked at, and told us the final total after taxes , warranty, etc. Kay’s wasn’t the first store we went to, but they by far provided the best experience for us. They had a beautiful selection of rings and a ton of great sales while we were there. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this store if you’re looking to purchase any jewelry, and I’m more than pleased to have been their customer....
