When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, it wasn't ready as it was "lost". I was instructed to get in line as if I was placing a dine in order to ask someone else about my order.
This issue escalated to the cashier giving me an attitude as I was trying to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one present. I asked for a shift leader and matters became even worse.
Kin, the shift leader, disrespectfully spoke to me full of anger and rage. He said, "there's no slip, so we can't make your order". While saying this, he gave me an intense glare full of anguish. Disgustingly disrespectful. Not once did I disrespect any of the workers.
This experience was truly unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service, highly unprofessional, and unorganized. No one apologized for their mistake.

Seriously I wasn’t sure if she was taking my order or if I should wait for the other person working the counter to come over. I just started ordering my food at that point. She had a attitude the whole time like I was bothering her. He blatantly ignored my child asking him for a drink and then started talking to the white woman behind me all nice and proper but couldn’t even give me or my daughter a response as we are talking to him.
