Target Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Based on the reviews before me, we must have caught them on an off day. I try to only write reviews if they are positive, but my experience here was so terrible I feel obligated to negatively review. Ordered online (two pizzas and a salad), which based on their website appears to be the preferred method. When we arrived to pick it up, they hadn't checked the cell phone which receives online orders so they hadn't started making anything. While we waited, the person working asked if we wanted anything (presumably to make up for their error) and we asked for a side of fries. Jokes on us, because we got charged for them. When the order was ready, we paid via credit card. Found out after looking at the receipt that we were charged $2 for using a card! Had they mentioned there was an upcharge for credit, we would have used the cash in our pocket. All of this could have possibly been overlooked when we got home to ear our pies, but the uncooked, bland pizzas were TERRIBLE. I will...

So I have to update my review from a couple years ago. This place is under "new management" now. I call to place an order and am immediately put on hold after I say I want to place an order for pickup. After they come back, "whaddya want" is all I get. They then got the salad dressing wrong and the pizza couldn't even be picked up because it was so thin and "floppy."

The man and his wife that used to run the place were amazing and he showed me the food every time I went to pick it up, as he was proud of what he did. Now, it's nothing like what it used to be. I want to see if it gets better, but I'm quite hesitant.

The pizza is amazing here! Huge slices for a very good price. Excellent customer service as well. They were very friendly and will certainly have more visits from me....

So. I can’t understand the 4.2 star rating because this place was sub par at best. Extra cheese and STILL barely any toppings. The crust was not think but not thick but was hard as a damn brick almost and was nearly inedible. The topping that was there didn’t taste very good. To top it off the prices are off the hook for what you get. Menu prices are from 5 years ago and they’re not updated so don’t think the menu prices are current. The price was almost DOUBLE the menu prices and they still have the menus out there. They HAVE to be doing this so people who don’t know like get screwed like we did. The food isn’t worth the prices. The people are nice but I came for good food and certainly didn’t get it here. Recommend...
