Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Dedham

Prepare to be amazed by Chipotle. Their food is delicious. The place is in Dedham where other cool stores are. Just thinking about Chipotle is making me hungry. If you read this, you'll wanna go right away. You'll love it and you'll want to go every day.

There's lot of food you can order at Chipotle like a salad with rice and chicken and beans, a cheese quesadilla, a chicken quesadilla, and you can make your own taco. When you put those quesadillas in your mouth, it's so warm, cheesy, and juicy and your taste buds will explode. It's just so good in your mouth. They give you really good chips and sometimes there are small packets of chips for kids with guacamole. Their chips taste like lime because they put some lime in it. That's why it's good.

When you walk into Chipotle, there are seats and tables. Their seats and tables are so pretty because they're wooden and I like that kind of style. When you get in line you can see a clear window and you can see the people prepare your food. Sometimes it is very calm when you go in. When we eat there, sometimes we take the food home. I've never experienced anything bad in Chipotle, so that's why I love Chipotle.

The people who give us the food at Chipotle are nice. Sometimes the tables and the floor are clean. Their lights are pretty and not too bright. The place we go to is in Dedham. When you go in it's warm. Chipotle is not big or too small, it's medium.

That's why I recommend you to go to Chipotle! Anyone can go and eat at Chipotle. Their food is so good! YUM! Chipotle is so great.

This location has always given me horrible food. I went to this location yesterday and as soon as I walked in I noticed that a workers with a lot of hair had no hair net. That is so disgusting i wouldn't want to eat any of the food that he made. Anyways, I stepped to front of the line and I said that I wanted a burrito and the man struggled to get the tortilla out of the package , which resulted in a crumpled tortilla. And he also crumpled my foil. Then, when he went to get my rice I could tell that the rice was overcooked. Next, he passed my burrito to the next person. When I told him that I wanted black beans and he proceeded to scrape the bean out of the bottom of the pan because they forgot to refill the beans. Then the next guy put on too much guacamole and cheese. When we got to the cashier my brother wanted our burritos in separate bags so he said that her would take care of the following bowls. We thought that it would take a few second instead it took 3 minutes. Then the cashier thought that my brother and I were with the people behind us so our total was $46.05 and then I explained to him that my brother and I were not with them and it took an additional 3 minutes for him to clear the register. I visited the Dedham Chipotle location on 3/7 at 12:51 PM and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of the employees. When I asked her to place my burrito in a bowl, as it makes it easier for me and prevents the burrito from breaking, she immediately became bothered and started mocking me. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and she acted as though my simple request was a huge inconvenience.

By the time she finished preparing my order, she was openly rude and told me to order the bowl separately. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager. To top it off, she charged me for a bowl instead of a burrito, which felt like another disrespectful mistake.

I hope this employee learns some respect and professionalism in the future. Before hiring people, especially for management positions, they should be properly trained on how to treat customers with dignity. I would like to formally report this incident and request an apology from this location.
