Probably the worst customer service I have come across in a store. We visited the footlocker store on Washington Street in Boston. Save for the one member of staff who greeted everyone at the door, the staff did not make any effort to help customers and seemed annoyed when asked to check for shoe sizes. We asked for a different size in a shoe and were left standing for 25 minutes with the same member of staff walking past us numerous times and avoiding any eye contact. I eventually asked her again whether they had the size in stock to which she replied 'what shoe'. I had to show her the shoe again and she said no there are no bigger sizes. So we were left standing in the shop for 25 minutes for no reason. Completely useless. Would advise not hiring staff who are so clearly not interested in any form of friendly engagement with the public nor doing any...

I had very bad experience in my life. Today on Saturday (07/19/25) at 1:15pm we faced a employe with full of altitude while we asked for pair of shoes for my kids because we want to check shoes size, later I heard that employe was a manager and I was socked! Manager? What kinds manager is that? She was full of attitude and how come she is the manager? Although question was in my mind and ask her for more help but she refused us. Soon we got the size, she sanatched a shoes from my 9yearld old kids and took that to the cashier by herself. When I ask her why would she do that but then that manager told us to leave if we donāt need that shoes. All she wanted us let us pay ASAP or let lost. That kinda attitude I would never expect from the manager. We all Bostonians expect better...

However, cashier named Kamburly is not very happy helping me and messed up with my shipping address (paid cash so an option is to wait for the shipping company and pickup on either FedEx or whatever). Customer service cannot help me anymore to cancel my order as it was accepted already. Kumburly didnāt asked if my address is right or wrong so I have to go through this long process stuff. Knowing that it is located in Boston where there are a lot of professionals in the location and this lady is very unprofessional.
If youāre going in here, either buy a shoes in store and never order online.
