Where do I begin with this awful transaction. I spent almost 12k and was treated like a bum using a bathroom without paying. Their agent, quoted me at $11,200 for this item, yet charged me 11,385. I told him I would need to have it sent to a new address once completed because I was moving. Once the item was finished he said he knew nothing of this when it came time to ship, when I sent a screenshot of the text, proof of what I am saying, he only said, "we can cancel your order", instead of taking responsibility for his mistake and making it right he just covered it up and treated me even worse. Every message I sent was ignored. They never once reached out to me and told me anything. I had to repeatedly call the office because their agent would just ignore me. A month later I finally got my item, when I asked when I should expect delivery they rudely told me to check FedEx. How can I check fed ex when they did not even provide me a tracking number upon shipping. Who ships a 12k item and does not give tracking. I had to call them and get it, then be treated poorly cause I contacted them for it. The amount of times they dropped the ball here is amazing. If I was the owner I would fire their agent on the spot. At least 10 times they ignored my requests for updates on a 2 week project that took 30 days. Awful customer service. There is no way customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority. I did like my necklace and would have been a life long repeat customer if it was not for their poor customer service agent and how poorly he handled this situation. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Their 5 star review must be from friend and family because I did not even get 1 star. I brought this to their attention and again all they had to say is "want us to cancel your order". How is that 5 star customer service ? No accountability, no accepting their wrong doing, just poor treatment. Pretty much it was a threat to cancel my order I waited twice as long for instead of admitting their fault and making it right. Save yourself the mistreatment and go to another jewelry store. I spent $11,385 after all. The least you could do is reach out to me with updates and respond when I contact you. Where is an email saying hey, we shipped your item, sorry it took twice as long, here is your tracking. Na, instead I had to call and was told rudely, here it is, and make sure you use fed ex for updates. Pretty much, "get lost" we got your money, we are done with you. He was however very polite before I paid. Go figure. The item was poorly manufactured as well, Several prongs were not properly set, several diamonds were at 15 to 30 degree angles instead of being flush, 0 quality assurance on this item. They even sent it to me filthy! They never reached out to me to make this right, customer satisfaction is not even on their radar. They just make a reply to this...

Over the last year I kept seeing the postings from The Jewelry Spot on Instagram and really was impressed by the way their products looked and the price, so I decided I was to take the journey down the online retail purchase.
I can honestly say I'm now a satisfied customer and had an excellent experience, please read below:
So, to start I sent an inquiry about having an eternity band made. The first most impressive thing to note was the short time it took to get a response back! Then within a matter of 30 minutes we had worked out details for options (through messenger and texting) and pricing, including me sending them a couple of small Pamp Suisse bars for deposit!
Once they received my package (2 days later) I got a text from Nick saying they received it. (The whole process was with Corey and Nick) Within a day or two after this I was sent CAD drawings to review and approve!
About 2 weeks later I got a message from Corey that the ring was done and the remaining balance was due! This was actually much faster than I expected!
Literally the next day FedEx was trying to deliver my package (of course they attempted delivery at the exact moment I went to pickup pizza). But, the next day I was home and able to sign for the custom piece.
Now you might wonder how well is this custom piece of jewelry packaged? Well, let's just say it's in a ring box, in a bag, in a taped box, and inside another taped box. NOTHING is getting to your custom piece without a knife! Hah

I found Jewelry Spot randomly on Instagram and after following for awhile felt like their prices were very fair and I contacted them about some earrings I wanted. I was worried the diamonds would not be as big as I wanted when them came, they assured me that if I wasn’t happy, they were easily returnable for a full return or exchange and also offered to custom make some for me if I wasn’t happy. The earrings came over night from Boston to Utah, we’re carefully packaged and unlike most things that are a disappointment when they arrive, these earrings blew my mind, I am beyond thrilled! I will be back for more!
Just another update to my previous review, I ordered a beautiful 3.5 carat oval ring with pear side stones for Christmas and the ring process with them was 5 star! The ring is stunning, much better even in person and fast! They are a top notch jeweler and I would not hesitate to buy sight unseen, they will exceeded all expectations!
