This Marshall’s honestly feels like it’s been getting smaller over the years the selection keeps dwindling and becoming less every time you go ever since it renovated now it feels like half the store it used to be it’s already a small crowded location so finding what you need here is challenging there isn’t a whole lot of anything it’s always limited and sometimes hidden in a certain section of the store no matter where you look the sales and prices keep changing as well as any new stock they get in doe to last long most items are gone or sold out in as little as 2-3 days sometimes less you really have to buy what you want no ,ore than a day later. Or right then otherwise good luck Trying to get it. They can’t really do much about the service because it’s so small and always really busy the checkout also is a mess the lines get long and they redesigned how the line forms so it takes a while once you get through it feels like a slow process of going though a huge line of peopLe and people walking around the place it just gets so claustrophobic in there I mostly just get if any small stuff nothing huge or worth spending a lot of money on multiple items this one here is just not worth wasting all that time. Also restrooms here hardly ever open once you press that button to be buzzed in I have given up so many times and ended up just leaving the store because I’m standing there waiting to use it while no one buzzes the door to let people in I seriously waste over 5 mins at times JUST for THAT-this location in my opinion is not really great or recommended the TJMAXX 200 feet away is a little bit better and way less...

One of the worst marshalls services I have experienced. I had found a lipstick which was from the clearance area did not have a box or price 3.had clearly been previous swatched. I asked a representative in the makeup section and was told they could mark it down for me no problem, however after waiting in line I was told that even in the condition it was and despite being on clearance I would have to pay full price for it. I've done this before on another occasion and had no problem just as the previous rep had told me.

And also they didnt even place a new sticker on it, so now I cant even return it. I love Marshall's, and have always been happy with my experiences at many previous branches but not at this boston branch. Really disappointed...
