I used to like this church, but recently they removed wild cottontail rabbits that lived peacefully in their yard for several years. We started feeding these rabbits over a year ago and actually helped them get through the winter (as they clearly do not have enough land to feed on living in the North End). We recently came to visit the rabbits (there were three of them, one was pregnant), and they just vanished, and instead of the rabbits we found a sign saying don't feed them because they are ''eating our beautiful flowers''. Well, looking around I did not find any ''beautiful flowers'', but rabbits clearly are not here anymore, as they completely vanished after the church placed these signs (before the rabbits were here every day). Those who have done this clearly do not acknowledge that: The rabbits started living there before people started feeding them, so feeding them just helps them and does not attract them to the yard. Feeding the rabbits actually reduces the likelihood that the flowers will be eaten. These rabbits were potentially endangered eastern cottontails, and this church does not have any right to remove/kill them; they should have been proud that their small yard was home to these rabbits. The church could have just gotten an eco-friendly anti-rabbit spray and apply it directly to the flowers (which are just very few and nothing special at all), but instead they removed the rabbits and posted these ridiculous signs allover. For those who think that rabbits should not be fed, I would just say that people destroyed their habitat, and made them endangered, so there is nothing wrong with supporting the rabbits with very appropriate food for them (hay and rabbit pellets in winter and some carrots as a treat). It is very disappointing that this church clearly does not care about the nature...

Read moreMy first time visiting, and I’m glad I did. I noticed it while walking and never seen a church with a gift shop so I wanted to see what the gift shop had to offer. The lady working there has to be one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Even though she was about to close, she did not rush the guests and even took the time to speak to everyone as they were cashing out. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was so precious. I hope she sees this review and knows she had left a great impression on me! She told me to go inside the church because it’s so beautiful. It literally took my breath away. I came during December, and in the back of the church, there was decor up for the holidays. It was a nice touch, and the artwork throughout the church blew me away. It made me appreciate all the hard work the community had put in order to keep the church running. It truly is a beautiful...
