Well, I had one of those worst customer service by the manager ever.. my wife and I was in last Saturday shopping and realize there was on sale of Lee Kum Kee 5gal bucket soy sauce that was normally $18.99 that had $10.25 sales in yellow sign posted. So I'd decided to buy 10 bucket and didn't realize they charged me $20.25 when I check my receipt on Monday, because I was in Monday to see if I can get few more, but price went up to $20.25. I was in a rush at the time of the transaction to check how much they charged me at the register. So I went back on Tuesday to asked cash register guy hey why did I get charged 20.25 when it should be 10.25 and he said oh yeah I'm not sure I need it talk to the manager. Ok so I waited to talked to him and he flat said it never was on sale even though my wife and I saw the sign in yellow that said 10.25 and treated me like I was lying even though I shop there 3 times a week spending 200 to 300 when visiting there. You know we are all human being and make mistake posting sign and all he has to say sorry there was a mistake. Instead he treated me like a 2nd class person ..really bad...

I come in with my two year old and they rarely have child safe carts available so I grab a flatbed and my two year-old sits on it. Rocky insists on telling me every time that the two-year-old cannot be on the cart. (try shopping with the two year old running around). Today we had a cart with a child seat, but my two year old refuses to sit. He was sitting on a can and I was holding him Rocky once again, haggled me and told me how my child needs to sit. Read moreWe have been shopping at this store for our business so many years. I bought two Tutu Bene Extra Virgin Oil. When I opened the second one, I found some particles in it. So I called and talk to the assistant manger and he wasn’t willingly to exchange, since I don’t have receipt. Then I called again spoke with the manger and he too was making a big deal. Then I called the other Smart Food service in Seattle location. They were very nice and exchanged the oil even without receipt. I am not happy with the way this was handled.
