Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in all my years with phone providers:
My partner and I wanted to get new phones for an out of country trip. Getting the phones was difficult since one of the phones wasn't scanning correctly. This is when everything started. And I can tell you now, the person helping us really tried to help, but their Manager/Supervisor (longer blonde hair young woman) was entirely fake and didn't want to spend time to look into this issue (this will be a common thing with our 5+ visits to this place and at least an hour at a time.. stay tuned).
When we were outside of the country, we found that the pocket wifi we paid for wasn't even the right ones for our phones, so we had to work that out for hours on our trip.
When we got back, it was endless issues -- they tried multiple times to charge us over a thousand dollars and we had to go back and forth with multiple people to get this resolved, and it took months to do so. Each time, the Manager/Supervisor I mentioned just kept saying it was everyone else's fault -- near the end, she would just outright say "there's the guy I was talking about" when we went in. I really think she thought we were trying to pull a fast one on her. She would constantly make passive-aggressive comments on the initial person that helped us out and had issues scanning it, which caused the system errors.
After countless calls on the phone to Verizon, they finally found that it was this store that was not giving them the information they needed.
In the end, we were never compensated for all of our hours trying to resolve this issue. I felt used and abused, honestly. I really was super stressed out, and so was my partner.
I absolutely think with all of our experiences here that this woman should NOT be a Supervisor. Every time we were there and it was almost closing (our jobs are demanding), she was trying to get everyone to leave. Sometimes, I'd see her driving like a crazy person out of the parking lot, too (which is very small and many people around).
Ultimately, she is very selfish and only thinks about herself. She will sprinkle in compliments to manipulate you and acts like she's helping a lot, but through her actions throughout the months, not taking the necessary time to sit down and actually look into what happened in the system and relay it to the Customer Service team (instead of constantly telling the person helping us at the desk "it's their side, have them do it" without looking into it at all.. overall, it was disgraceful and really am disgusted.
Also, when she wasn't around, I heard some complaining about her, I think they're honestly scared of her using her manipulation tactics and fire them. That's the vibe I was getting.
This was extremely stressful also because we were recently in a car accident, going through distress from my father being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and going through jet lag (literally the day we landed we had to go in).
I am switching back to T-Mobile because I don't want to be tied in the system (who knows what she wrote about us) and blamed for any of this. My experience was...

This will be a part one of a long review about this Store, that will be subsequently update every week according to my time. No names will be mention since this its not personal. I came to the store coming from another provider, brought two lines with respective trade in phones base in a promotion offering $1000 in value for each phone. The first misconception is not inform a customer for the price of a product , upfront, before to to use this product. The sales person told me, during the installation process, "let me bring the screen protectors", installed on both phones, the price details were informed at the last 5 minutes of the 5 hours process. The screen protectors were from the brand, pure gear base in Australia, not customer service available, with this company. According to the sales person, the warranty on the screen protector for life, for "free" paying only the "shipping". I payed $110 for both protectors, which claimed also a repair screen in case of accident for a "small fee". The joke here is that the shipping price is $12.95 for a delivery of 7-10 business days. I found hard to believe that the price of a screen protector would be that hight for the weight of the screen and the time to delivery. Its like paying for the price of a new screen protector with the difference that I already pay 4 times the value of any screen protector available on the market.I felt totally trap in a scam. I called the Verizon store and they told me that they can't return the item since my screen protector was already broken, which was the way I knew the price of the "shipping", totally unacceptable sales operation. The principle here is to inform a customer about a product and its prince in detail, not to speed the process of installation and then at the end inform partially the financial cost of the product. My intention at this point its nothing else that left this unfortunate event here for future clients.
The called later asking how to solve the problem, and they told that they couldn’t change the screen protector for free, I felt totally scammed. The accountable process of the payment and it’s visualization is an Star War algorithm, still after +20 calls to customer service, I felt trapped in a deal I couldn’t understand. Not a safe place to...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Verizon thanks to Mateus. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was not only friendly but incredibly easy to talk to, which immediately made the process less stressful.
What really stood out was how well he listened and how clearly he explained everything. I had quite a few specific needs, and he took the time to make sure he fully understood what I was looking for before offering solutions. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Mateus was also genuinely funny, which made the entire visit surprisingly enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, and he struck that balance perfectly. He walked me through the process step-by-step, making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward.
If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to get things right, communicate clearly, and make you feel like a valued customer, I highly recommend asking for Mateus. He made what could have been a complicated or stressful visit into a great experience.
I just wish I could...
