Sunny Teriyaki — Restaurant in Bothell

I really enjoy eating from Sunny Teriyaki. Their chicken yaki soba is the best I've had in the area so far, mainly because they add a perfect amount of vegetables; the zucchini and carrots are sliced nicely as well. I also enjoy the fact that the menu is also includes Chinese dishes. I love teriyaki and I also love fried eggrolls, so I'm really glad I can get them together. Another bonus is that their food "takes out" well, meaning that there's not much of a change in quality whether you eat it immediately or take it home. The egg rolls remain crispy, the yaki soba remains hot. They make great left-overs, too.

You can dine in or order take out. The seating options range from tables for 1-2 and tables for up to 4.

Had a disappointing experience due to unprofessional staff behavior. Our family group was dining together - myself, my mother, my sister and her friend (both 16). The restaurant wasn't busy, but when the younger members of our party chose to sit at a nearby table, a male staff member (in the photo) began yelling at us, demanding we all sit together despite there being no posted policy about this and plenty of available seating. The aggressive tone and public confrontation were completely unnecessary and made our family dining experience uncomfortable. There are professional ways to communicate seating preferences to customers - yelling is not one of them. Plus the veggie springs rolls are from Costco 🤷🏻‍♀️. Will not be recommending this...

No other teriyaki place can compare! We love to get 1/2 spicy 1/2 regular chicken teriyaki...mmmmm! Their salad is fresh and crunchy and their salad dressing is just the right balance of sweet and tangy. We've always had great customer service and I've never been disappointed the by quantity or quality of my meal. Even our out of town guests ask to come back here when they visit!

Update: 7/13/19 Did Sunny Teriyaki get new owners? The teriyaki we had tonight was completely different from what we've had in the past....all the sauces were different in flavor and quality despite being our usual order and the customer service was very poor and not someone we recognized.....please tell me it...
