After paying almost 15k for my wedding I was disappointed at the lack of flowers and vision, amongst how they attempted to present my flowers in my bouquet My photographer did the best she could to present the flowers in a beautiful light, but the florist let go their head designer, had her assistant take over and be lead for her first attempt at a wedding on my wedding day... my wedding altar that was supposed to be full, wasn't even half full, and almost blew over because they didn't have enough weight including flowers to weigh it down...My bouquet I asked for a very fanning bouquet and got a tight bundle... I asked for a majority of periwinkle purple and royal purple colors in floral and I got baby pink roses and fuschia purple tulips/flowers when I asked for black silver periwinkle and purple. Thus why the 1 star... I even told them pillar vines on my cake and I got a bunch of floral thrown in between each tier of cake. All the flowers around my altar shouldve been placed on my altar....it literally looked like my altar was the funeral and the flower piles around were gifts from the people sending sympathy. I was gifted a calendar from them for being one of their brides, but every bouquet within it, was actually better than mine, and I paid 3x the cost. So what did I pay for? The wages of the whole staff so your store could stay open during covid or??? Just curious because we feel like we lost out on at least 6k, if not more. Read moreWe used Boulder Blooms for our wedding in October. Overall we were very happy with them! The flower arrangements were beautiful and they are reasonably priced!
However, we did have one issue that prevents me from giving a better review! Our contract stated flowers would be delivered at 3:00 pm. I was in a panic when 3 pm comes and goes and my florist is no where in sight. It turns out the hotel and the florist spoke previously and changed the delivery time to 4:00 pm due to another wedding the hotel had scheduled. NO ONE, the florist nor the hotel, decided to inform the bride / groom of this change. I really wish they would've notified me as it created a lot of unnecessary confusion and panic. The change in delivery time went in to the start time in which my husband and I were doing First Look photos. This caused more frustration and confusion than necessary.
Overall, Boulder Blooms is wonderful! The flowers were gorgeous and the service was great with the exception of the unknown change in delivery time. We would recommend Boulder Blooms...

The charges came in from boulder blooms and i got two invoices in email, one from boulder blooms, one from art of the flower. I was originally supposed to be charged 210 and some change due to a 10 dollar coupon. But i ended up with a charge for 210 and a charge for 221 both from boulder blooms on my bank account. When i called them to ask what was going on i learned art of the flower is just a website they take orders on, yet somehow i ended up double charged. I was assured they would get back to me in spite of the busy valentine's day holiday. I never heard back and the charge for 210 held up in my bank account for over a week before finally dropping off, and the 221 ended up being final charge... so no coupon for me... flowers lasted a week..i get that can be varied, but a second bouquet bought days before at a grocery store is still going strong... 2.5...
