I went to return x2 shirts that were not fitted properly by the vendor/ manufacturer. The shirts were still within bag w/ receipt and I ws told by a worker I could not exchange them because it’s been x31 days past the date purchase. The store policy is Instore credit only and that the item(s) must be returned within x30 days after date of purchase. The store is technically in the right but the shirts don’t fit the way they are supposed to fit. I feel they could have given us a x1 day grace and allowed us to exchange the two shirts for a hoodie or something of the sort. The total amount ws only $43.00.

I would like a store credit if possible. We left the shirts at the checkout with worker alongside original receipt. The worker sounded like he was offended that I was asking for a exchange so I thought I would just come here to ask the owner of the store. The store wouldn’t be losing any money and I would be very grateful. Lmk pls....

Plenty of cheesy novelty items & gag gifts are also up for grabs. There's a t-shirt wall straight out of Spencer Gifts if that's your thing. One area that sets them apart from other shops along Pearl is their extensive selection of University of Colorado merch. Like most souvenir shops prices are high. Especially the CU items. The staff is a mixed bag of mostly college kids. Beware of their return policy. This is the kind of place where once they get your money they aren't likely to...

I was looking for my souvenir sweatshirt for Boulder before I had to return home. I wish I got the name of the gal who helped us! We were juggling coffee cups, purses, and other purchases. She came up to offer help and I pointed to what I wanted. She asked my size and got it off the shelf for me. Then when we checked out, she folded my sweatshirt with such delicacy and care!
