EDIT: I appreciate the business for reaching out. My brows did lighten a bit over the last couple of days and I’m feeling better about it. I am looking forward to coming back in a month to try out a different shade for my brows and get my lashes done again. Overall I’m happy with the experience I’ve had with this business and would recommend it.

I booked a brow, tint and lash tint . I thought Shelby was polite. I feel like a bit of consultation could’ve gone a bit farther for me. My brows just came out quite dark and orange toned for me. I didn’t get to look at any colors. Plus the dye is just slapped all over so you look a bit crazy after and have to go scrub it off at home she said they can’t do that there. I am so happy I found Shelby! She is a master of her craft. I have had lash extensions for years out of state and in state, I thought that the big clumps of glue and lashes falling out, and my eyes burning after an appointment, was all just part of getting lash extensions. Until I met Shelby! The chairs ant Vivum are so comfortable. I almost fall asleep every time I get my lashes done. My eyes always feel great afterwards. I get so many compliments on my lashes. People think that they are my natural lash because she does such a tasteful job of making them look full and dramatic and natural. I’ve also had her do a more dramatic look for a special event and I was in love with them that time as well. She is your girl and can do anything when it comes to lash extensions. I had my eyelashes done somewhere else previously where it did not look good at all. I came to Vivum and talked to Priscilla. She was patient, friendly and thoughtful. She ask me questions so she can help me figure out the eyelashes I want. things like what I dont like about my previous eyelashes and what I like etc.. After my eyelashes were done, It looked so good and it’s exactly what I wanted! hyrid eyelashes but I wanted it to look natural as well. I havent done eyelashes with the other ladies/ lash artists in Vivum but I’m not pretty sure they will be amazing and talented like Priscilla! Another thing I wanted to share is the incliner chair they have which is mentioned mostly in the reviews. It is comfortable compare to others where you lay down and hurt your back.
