Horrible, rude customer service. Referring to the woman who worked today around 3 or so 5/1/24, who grew extremely annoyed that I had the audacity to walk in the door and order a boba. You gave an over the top mean look and unwelcoming words (that I thought it must be a joke at first because of how over the top bothered you were) because apparently it was rough for you to make a single simple drink. The whole time you were clearly annoyed, short tempered, grumpy and rushing-couldnt even bother to let me know my drink was ready, too. It was ONE drink. Please be a little more professional and kind. Your poor customer service is a turn off and will bring the business down. I will not be returning as you made it clear you had bad better things to be doing...

Delicious milk tea and boba, kind workers, and fast service! ❤️

We have tried almost all of the milk tea flavors, and we like them all. Taro is my fiancee's favorite, and we get it all the time. The people working here are always nice and take reasonable amounts of time to make something so tasty. 😁 The only strange thing is their points system, where you have to put in your phone number first at the register. This might just be my social anxiety, but I always feel awkward typing in my number while the worker waits to take my order 😅. But I'd rather there be a system than not

I come here often and ask for whoever is at the register to give me their favorite drink. I've had probably 10 different drinks and only disliked one (because I didn't personally care for it, NOT because it was badly made.)

The drinks are very consistent and and the staff are kind. I recommend the Taro, brown sugar, or winter melon milk tea if you like sweet things, the kumquat lemon ice tea if you like herbal or refreshing vibes, or the oolong latte if you want something lightly caffeinated.
