Twinkle Beds — Local services in Bountiful

My husband and I had been waiting for several months to purchase a new mattress as the one that we had was nearly 5-6 years old. I remember hearing 2 of my favorite social media influencers mention how they loved their Twinkle Bed mattresses, so naturally, I had to look into this company. People........BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! This might be a lengthy review, but I hope this answers some of the questions you might be having.

When you go to their website, you take a test that will select the mattress that will best match your needs according to your answers.....so make sure to really think about your answers to the questions.

I was very skeptical thinking it would "match" my needs with the most expensive mattress they were selling. Guess what, I wasn't. The mattress they suggested was the Twinkle Comfort Hybrid - Medium, which is their first level/tier of 4 levels.

Another thing I was VERY skeptical about was buying a bed in a box. How could a bed in a box be comfortable?!?!?! This concept just blew my mind. When the box came in, my sons and husband set it up. It is recommended that you wait 24 hours, but my husband slept in it that night. When the next morning came, he could not stop raving about how he woke up without any pain in his back. It was one of the best nights sleep he has had in awhile. Don't let the concept of a bed in a box fool you. It's legit.

When I finally got to sleep on it, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I have a really bad lower back and normally wake up with pain in the middle of the night and have to adjust my position to alleviate the pain. Well guess what, I slept through the night and didn't wake up with any pain. It was AMAZING!!!! Did I mention that the company has worked with Chiropractors and therapists to make the best mattress for our spines??? Well they did!

Lets talk price. For a mattress of similar likeness from a nationwide furniture store, this mattress was nearly $900 cheaper since I was able to buy it on sale. I had gone to 2 of my favorite furniture stores and tested out over 20 mattresses, give or take, before buying one. 2 weeks before my scheduled delivery from the nationwide store, I received an email stating that my delivery date got pushed back. Well that wasn't going to work for my timeline as my family was moving out of state. This was meant to be. Had it not been for the delayed shipment, I wouldn't have cancelled my order with the other company and purchased my Twinkle Bed. The bed that I was going to buy from the nationwide store was $2200 on sale. My king size Twinkle bed......$1320. Where do you even find a brand new king sized top quality mattress for that price?!?!

Customer Service. Where do I even start??? You will NOT find another company as dedicated to making sure that their customers are 100% taken care of and satisfied as this company will. I called the company on the morning that my bed was to be delivered to get an update. They had to call me back as there was some stuff she had to look into. Long story short, there was a bit of a mix up with the mattress being delivery to my old address and not my new address. This was partially my fault as I had placed my order before realizing that I didn't enter my new address. Anyways, the owner and his sweet wife called me later that day with THE MOST generous solution. Lets just say that they went WAY above and beyond to resolve an issue that WAS NOT 100% their fault. My twinkle bed is absolutely amazing! Many years ago I was pinned between the tailgate of a truck and the hinge of a dumpster. The truck rolled back and slammed me into the dumpster not once but twice. It was excruciatingly painful. The doctor couldn’t believe I was able to stand let alone walk. I had huge black bruises covering my whole upper thighs. For several years after it happened it was still extremely painful just to sit. I have only been able to sleep on my back or stomach and I’ve tried four different beds in the last seven years. I was also involved in a house fire, put in a medically induced coma and have thermal burns on my lungs which have caused asthma and difficulty breathing. However, the adjustable base has really assisted with comfort of sleeping at an incline, and it has also helped relieve pain from my shoulder due to adhesive capsulitis. I struggled with hip and back pain to the point that in order to turn over at night It would wake me up and I would have to fully pick up hips up to just turn over. I was sleeping on a Purple mattress at the time. It was hot and miserable. I heard about Twinkle beds and went into the showroom to try out each bed and what would work for me. They had me start with the sleep quiz and then test all of the mattress they had. They were very knowledgeable and I ended up with a king size comfort luxe medium with an adjustable base. I no longer have any back or hip pain it’s literally the perfect mattress. I dread going to hotels now because I cannot bring my mattress along with me. When I come home I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud once again. Hands down the best investment I have made along with their amazing pillows. I sleep cool all night and without any pain.
