I can’t justify the one star, but it’s the lowest google will allow. I have had the worst shopping experience (ever) with Kohl’s - compared to the many stores I have shopped with over this sales season, Kohl’s was pathetic! And on top of that, there are so little customer service options available.
I have had so many issues:
The biggest: 3 of the 4 packages delivered were damaged and looked like they had been tampered with. The packaging of some of the products were in bad shape.
One of the items was just not delivered - like JUST OMITTED!!! Even though, the status of the order had said “fulfilled”.
I returned an item via mail but due to the lack of information and poor quality of the information of returns/exchanges - I have no idea what the status of that return is. The shipping fee to rerun the items was so expensive and is out of pocket because Kolh’s does not do free returns. Yet, I have no idea if I will actually get a refund.
The website does not allow you to log a return so Kohl’s doesn’t even know what item was returned? Therefore, the customer service associate I spoke with was unable to give me Any information regarding the returns and the missing item!
There is no access to customer service options, I don’t have time to speak on the phone with anyone because of work.
I regret shopping at kohl’s and will never do so again - online or in store.

Read moreI didn't purchase anything or time to walk around the store. I did however have an experience with the kohls employees that will forever remind me that good people still exist. Unfortunately my small dog jumped out of my Tahoe and ran completely across the parking lot and across another parking lot of q medical center and into a wooded area. I was in pure panic and couldn't even yell her name out. If they didn't choose to leave the store and run up and down the wood line yelling her name for me I more than likely would of been looking for her into the night. They kept me busy while I was waiting for my husband to show up and would constantly come back outside the store to check on us. I need for those employees to know how much they actually did for me and how I might not of found my dog in the neighborhood next to them, I probably would of came home with no dog. Im making a review on her with the hope's that they see it. I'm also in touch with they're corporate office to let them know the same thing and to call them and remind them of how amazing they are and valuable to the company!! Read moreI had a really strange experience at this Kohls in Bowie, MD this evening. I tried to return a gift I received and was denied by the customer service representative Vicki and the manager Lolita. I was going to do a no receipt return for the item and right before giving me the gift card for store credit they acted like something was wrong with the system and they could not process it. The manager, Lolita came and did the same charade and then said it was due to the toy being an electronic? It was a baby toy that took batteries. The level of dishonesty and poor character they happily displayed while I tried to return a toy on my one night off was alarming. I would encourage anyone and everyone to take their shopping elsewhere. They clearly do not care about the customer or providing quality customer service at this location. Not to mention the customer service representative Vicki initially made me wait 10 minutes while she processed Amazon returns for people that arrived after me.
