I have lived in BG for 35 years. First as a college student and then as a "townie" raising a family here. We live 2 blocks from downtown and have loved walking up town for our anniversary dinners at SamB's, coffee at Grounds for Thought, family dinners at Easy Street and framing and misc. needs at Ben's and gifts (with free gift wrapping!) at For Keeps. When our children were in grade school, we often gave Downtown Bucks for Christmas and end of the year gifts for teachers, bus drivers and aides. I lived in the BG area for most of my life and love downtown BG. It’s a small quaint and quiet city but lively and full of life at the same time. It has a great vibe! I love Reverends, SamBs, EasyStreet, Ben Franklins, GFT, Ace, Mister Spots and the list goes on. Oh and BGSU!!! I moved a couple years ago to Holland but visit BG often cause I miss my favorite places and the BG vibe. A must if you’re in town is the Black Swamp Arts Fest...
