Purchased a 2 carat oval lab grown diamond about a month ago. They showed me a 4prong setting with the oval and I liked it but wanted to make sure the security of the Stone was really strong. So I asked for a 6 prong which they didn't have one to show me what it would look like. The ring came in and it looked like a fat Marquee shape ring. Did not look whatsoever like an oval. The day I pick the ring up I told Grace that I wanted a 4 prong so it would show the oval better. She said no problem ware it for a few days and we will go from there and switch out the head. I told her that day I wanted a 4 prong. I went today 7/11/2025 and I was told it would be at least $190 to $200 to change out from a six-prong to a 4-prong head. Now the six-prong settings would be going back to them which they would sale and the four prong setting will be cheaper than a 6-prong setting. I got no value for my 6-prong setting and they wanted $190 to $200 plus my brand new setting. It's less the 4 days old but looks like no warranty with it after I asked about the warranty,Grace said they would stand behind there jewelry. They didn't. I just want the 4 prong head. Also the assistant manage that called me about this was very rude and loud!! Treating me like I hade NO jewelry experience. I've been buying and selling diamonds and gold for over 25 years. I do not have a shop. It's just through my home and Facebook. I Do by closeouts and resale. A 4 prong head doesent cost $200. I have no plans to let the way I was treated today be the last they hear from me. They cant treat ppl like this. Lol, to the bad reviews. I went there for a single purpose, buying a necklace and pendent for my daughter. I entered the store in my work clothes, I'm a painter so I was very dirty to say the least. The lady greeted me nicely and ask if I was looking for anything particular. I told her exactly what I wanted and unfortunately they didn't have the item. As she was looking I found some other items I was interested in. I asked if she would give me a good price on the item, she left for a moment and came back with a great price. I bought the item and went on about my day. It was a simple in and out thank you exchange. Remind you I was in work clothes and probably still sweaty. I had a very good experience in the shop and will definitely be back. Not to mention I got my necklace with the pendent at half the cost of other jewelers in town. Very happy...

Came in on Oct. 18th 2021 and bought a 925 silver necklace , being told that these were really nice , sturdy , and nobody mentioning the tarnishing… so 3 months go by and I look in the mirror and my necklace is completely black. Well after contacting them about it , instead of it being their jewelry.. they want to say it’s MY skin? So… my skin turned my necklace black in three months I guess ?
