Starbucks — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Starbucks, Well when it comes to great flavored coffee ofall variety this is the place to get your fix. Purchases are always completed in an timely manner if not already completed by time you make it through the drive throug. The only down side to this Location that I have came across at this Particular store is that there can be days when you could end up waiting in the drive-through to get your order or even just order for up to 30 minutes. It's very centrally located off Of Scottsville road and because of this it tends to have more people than other locations. That being said the staff is always friendly I haven't once I have haven't once come across a time where I had to have my order fixed or where I had to send one back because it wasn't just unacceptable. Staff themselves keep up-to-date with all the latest trends and regular routes a type of coffee from TikTok or Facebook or something somebody just created they always know how to make it. All one would need to do is ask for advice from your barista. This is definitely one of the highlights of going to Bowling Green especially when there's no 1 and you can get in-and-out in 5 minutes. I personally highly recommend this Starbucks if you ever find yourself driving through Bowling Green on Scottsville road it's Scottsville road which is basically through the center of the City. If you're looking for a place to relax do your homework from college take a break from work wake up while going to work or anything else someone could think of this is definitely one place to go To. I walked in this morning to pick up my mago dragon fruit refresher and when I tried it at first it tasted like it was made with lemonade. So I politely asked, “I think this is lemonade, I’m so sorry can you re make it.” After I said this the man who I told was visibly annoyed he told me “Take another sip, I made it myself, I know I made it with water, but whatever I’ll remake it” at this point I’m just uncomfortable and I was like well I don’t even want them re made but he was already dumping it out. I find it extremely un professional how the situation was handled and the other workers were very kind and made sure that it got fixed so thank you. Stopped in here before heading out of town. Cafe was closed due to being understaffed and drive thru was very busy. We have a large truck so drive thrus aren’t our friend. Alice greeted me and she was super helpful. I explained the truck situation and she manually took my order for me. I was super grateful especially having a husband who hadn’t had his coffee yet 😳 It saddened me to find out that customers had been mistreating employees there today. It is not their fault that they are understaffed and they are all just trying to do their best. At least they are there and working… people couldn’t be getting their Starbucks fix without them!
