There was literally 4 other tables besides my daughter and I, i stood and waited like 8 minutes before they sat me, was literally ignored...then sat, and after 15 more minutes got up to ask about our chips and salsa as well as cheese dip. We ordered 5 tacos between us and I eventually had to go up to counter again to ask about those after another 15 minutes passed. Rapheal was a manager in an orange shirt, he passed by us and my daughter asked for a refill, he never responded as he stood next to me filling two drinks for someone, so i took her top off, pushed her cup to end of counter and said stearnly, sprite plz and thank you. This was unusual aweful service from top to bottom today, and we always tip exceptionally well, today we only tipped 18% I knew the owner from years ago, Raymond, he was not there; when he pops in, their service...

Came here on a Friday night and there was a wait so we went to the bar. We were approached right away and got in our drink order but after that came about 10 minutes later, we were never offered a menu. Someone else brought us out chips and salsa about 10 minutes after we got our drinks and we asked for menus. 20 minutes passed and still, no menus. By then we had finished our drinks. So then we played the waiting game for our bill since we decided we no longer wanted to eat where we can’t even see a menu. Also, I was told On the phone that the flavored patron tower was 31 plus tax but my bill was actually $41.33. They were nice strong...

We visited the location on Scottsville Road behind Starbucks right after they opened for the day. It was quick service and quick seating, the food was brought out in a timely manner and the food was excellent. The only gripe that I have is that there was food in the booths which you would not expect at the beginning of the work day and when I opened my menu there was a large amount of salsa between the pages that dumped in my lap. Apparently they do not do a good job of cleaning to be ready for the next work day. The bathroom was old and out of soap but it was clean. It makes me wonder how the employees wash their hands without...
