Well for starters my experience was horrible, i first went to the Campbell ln location where i purchased a mattress and then needed to exchange it, the whole experience was just one issue after another, from me having to rent a uhaul to deliver it myself to getting a used and defective mattress and then all the leasing and refund issues. Lets just say i was to the point of tears and thats when i contacted Tyler at this location. He not only won my business back but he took it upon himself to take over the mess the other store left me and went above and beyond to fix all the leasing and refund mistakes so i could get a new bed before my back surgery. He was so friendly and professional and helped me pick out the perfect bed for what i wanted, then he asked if there was anything i would change about the mattress i picked, i said nothing just wish i could get a king. Well he made that happen too. I even allowed myself to go above what i normally would spend because he was beyond amazing through the whole process and always kept in close contact through the whole process. Now im laying in my new bed that was just delivered to me yesterday just in time before my surgery tomorrow. From the very beginning, Zach made the process seamless and surprisingly enjoyable. He was polite, engaged, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best option for our needs. He took the time to explain different products, policies, and promotions clearly, never rushing or pressuring us. His attention to detail and customer care went above and beyond.

Read moreWe purchased a Purple mattress and high tech,(really low Tech), base that totaled over 6k, a week ago. The base motor and remote to bed is dysfunctional and called and spoke to the manager,(or posed as manager), at the store who assured me they would replace the base yesterday, Sunday, at our home. We scheduled our entire day around this event and they were a “no call”, “no show”….smh… missed church and an important family function do to their inability to follow through and incompetence. Waiting for a call from the store this morning to see what the excuses will be. Good luck to all of you who are dealing with similar from the Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY, Store! This is not how to treat local consumers and being in sales for a majority of my life as well as being a business owner, I can tell you without hesitation, I will never buy from this store again....
