Boyertown Brickworks — Local services in Boyertown

I was really excited to see a LEGO hobby store open up in Boyertown, but over the years, I've grown to despise this place. I don't write reviews, but I'm tired of this: Every single time I've brought a set in to sell to them, they lowball me horribly. The prices they give me are so bad it's borderline a scam. For example, they only wanted to give me $3 for a star wars tank they were selling for $25. Another time, they would only give me $5 for a sealed bionicle. I don't sell stuff expecting much, and I don't sell my LEGO often, but the low amounts they offer are borderline theft. Their in store prices are insane, you're far better off buying from bricklink, as itll cost the same, or cheaper. Don't go here, it's just a...

Awesome store with cool LEGO vibe! I bought bulk legos at a good price which I used in making my LEGO castle. This place will be my one stop shop for bricks for sure. The owner was great and the minifig expert was insightful. They seemed to offer good prices and trade-ins. I’m very excited to see the new location and to come again soon! Cool little place but over priced. They do buy but only 50% of retail and then the sets they have sitting there with damaged boxes are at or even above retail. (Non retired sets) Bulk brick selection is decent but expensive. Does have some good hard to find sets but does want top dollar for them. Cool little store but left disappointed.
