HENNY FAIRE Co. — Local services in Boyertown

If you’re looking for a very special and unique gift experience I have just the thing for you. Today we visited HENNY FAIRE Co., a small custom perfumery located right in downtown Boyertown.

This was a gift for my son’s girlfriend who recently exhausted her supply of a special fragrance as was gifted from Egypt. The proprietor, Erica, walked us through the process of selecting different “base,” “heart” and “top” notes from a highly curated series of scents. She encouraged us to play and explore the effects of the different fragrances. And once Jamie settled on the perfect combination, Erica, blended the scents in the perfect proportions to create the final fragrance.

The entire experience was so enjoyable that my son, Tyler, decided he wanted a fragrance of good own. Erica shared her expertise, but encouraged Jamie and Tyler to experiment. The shop is so aesthetically pleasing, the experience interesting and highly personalized and Erica has such a perfect demeanor.

This would be a perfect gift for just about anyone and I could see this being a really special present for a new couple or wedding party.

There is only one other establishment like it in the eastern part of the state and they even get visitors from NYC because the ability to create complex and personalized fragrances is unparalleled.

Last week I created my own perfume at Henny Faire Co. It was such a cool experience! I liked how I didn't feel rushed and loved the atmosphere of the shop. Being someone who never wore perfume, because I always hated how they smelled, I am surprised how much I'm absolutely loving my custom creation! I can't get enough of it. It's like when you have a new boyfriend and they give you their hoodie and you can't stop smelling it. Well I can't stop smelling my own clothes because they smell like my new perfume (maybe I'm just weird). I had a wonderful experience with my daughters today at Henny Faire. We were able to create our own perfume in reference to an event being held in Boyertown. From start to finish, we were treated with such care. The woman who helped us was absolutely wonderful. It is so obvious she puts her heart and soul into everything she does. The whole process was so seamless, and her knowledge of each scent and combination was so welcoming. She had such a calming presence.
