The north face store. Christina. Very rude. Asked for an explanation of why I wasn’t able to order a certain jacket they have in stock but not correct size. Christina, the apparent manager, gave attitude the entire conversation. Put me on hold without asking or telling me. Talking to other customers while Im asking questions.. Blatantly not listening to what I’m asking. Tells me even if I’m a gold member they can’t special order that for me. Then tried to tell me that my gold pass doesn’t matter. That employees can get the special orders but your gold pass doesn’t matter and then hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. Every time I’ve called this north face Boyne Country sports north face store location and talked to Christina. She has an attitude. I spend a lot of money at this resort between gold and family passes and renting mountain cabins and staying at the lodge and eating there. I’ll just buy directly through north face. Also. I recently went with my wife on a ski trip to Boyne Mountain and had the opportunity to check out Boyne Country Sports. My wife took advantage of their demo program and tried out some top-of-the-line skis while I had a different type of experience.

Yesterday, I had purchased a new pair of ski boots, but they were giving me some trouble. I took them to Boyne Country Sports, and the staff were more than happy to help. They quickly assessed the issue and made the necessary adjustments, ensuring that my boots fit properly and were comfortable for a day on the slopes.

My wife, on the other hand, was having a blast trying out her demo skis. The $70 demo program was a great value and allowed her to test out a variety of skis to find the perfect set for her. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

We come in every fall to have our boys' equipment fitted for the new ski season. We love the Jr Has a Fit program.

We added a new skier this year, and the experience was perfect. Each boy was outfitted with the right boots and skies in about 15 minutes. Adam was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The selection, new and 2nd hand (thanks Jr), is good for young kids. They even had the smallest boots to fit our 2yo.
