So where do I begin, at the door. They have a hostess stand and a sign that reads "see hostess for service". So I stand at the hostess stand waiting. An employee came over and asked very rudely "can I help you". I said well, well I'm waiting to be seated. She points at the sign and says again very rudely, "well see the hostess"..... "In here at the counter" 🙄 Well I'm standing at the hostess stand where the sign is 🤷♂️ We got signed in on the waiting list finally and it's going to be 45 minutes. One hour later we go to check out how close we are and 3 tables have cleared and have new people in. Mind you that we were next on the list for a table. We confront the lady and come to find out she doesn't know and walks away, and she is the manager. We had great food and the service was spectacular. Thanks to the one server and bartender, Michael... You saved the day and was tipped well for saving the day and our dinner date. Michael you most definitely should be running...
Read moreWe went in to order a carry out, we had multiple people in our group so we did take a minute to decide our order, the short haired blonde "woman" (i use the term loosely) was obviously irritated by this so she slammed things down, talked down to us, very disrespectful and rude. The "kitchen manager" apoligized and said that was "how she is" like its acceptable...very unnerving and shameful that a person who is in the service industry is permitted to act in...
Read moreI can't speak on the pizza. It looked good though, but I work in pizza, and that was the last thing I wanted, so we got the very disappointing chicken parm grinder and breadsticks. The bread was really good although i ordered them as an app and they came after our main. For our main, we ordered the chicken parm grinder. For $21, the least I expect is a real chicken breast or tenderes or even thigh meat. What I received was a processed chicken patty that was awful. The whole sandwich couldn't cost more than $3 for the restaurant to put together, and to have the nerve to charge $21 for what kids eat at school is just unacceptable. Our waitress was very nice and friendly, so I have 0 issues with the service. The kitchen, however, outside of the pizzas,...
