Snowflake Lounge — Restaurant in Boyne Valley Township

Although the place could use an update we always seem to enjoy our visit. Only thing I would suggest is a decent wine selection and closer attention to bartending staff. While I found the one gal to be adorable and highly accommodating the other girl (I think her name is Emily) is awful. Where is management when she is complaining about her job loudly and being awful to her coworkers and customers??? This girl needs training ASAP. one night the bar staff at Snowflake was extremely rude to me for bringing in pizza purchased from Trophy room. The bartender went out of her way to shout “clean up after yourself!” Unprompted-I was totally taken back. One of the most unprofessional, unwelcoming interactions I have ever had from any business in my life.

Shameful, especially considering the cost...

I really enjoyed staying at the Snowflake Lounge. The staff was courteous, the rooms were nice and clean daily, the pool was nice as well as the hot tub, good parking, easy access to the city for shopping. I would definitely come back and recommend this to my family...
