I dont know where to start.. please stay away from this jewelry store!! My husband went there to get me a necklace for Christmas 1 the necklace was so badly cut 2. It was 2 different colors. I went in to speak with her about redesigning my necklace to the way i wanted it she took the necklace and placed it in the jewelry neck holder, as we are looking at the necklaces and the design she told me it will be 450$ more i said for what? She explained the one i wanted was worth more i said explain it to me because i am not spending 700$ on a necklace that she dis a bad job on , she says okay i will tell u what i will do she walks over to the jewelry station came back and she goes “ wheres the necklace “ i said what necklace she “said mines” i told her she took it and placed it on the jewelry neck holder she said no she gave it back to me! Listen 👂🏾 if we are trying to design a necklace replacement why would she give it to me. My daughter which is 3 was with me and my adopted daughter (African American) she goes i think she took it i said ok ( search) she did! I told her u have cameras pull the cameras she called her son he looked at the cameras “coincidentally” they said they cant” see if i took the necklace, so she will take the loss if i pay 450$ to get my necklace redesigned. I paid because it was a lost cause and I really didnt want to go crazy with my daughters there . I dont want this to happen to anyone else please read and stay away from...

My husband and I dropped off his Diamond cut Figaro chain to get the latch fix, we went back about 40 mins later to pick it up and immediately I noticed it was not diamond cut. Me and my husband stepped outside and I asked him if it looked different to him and he said wait this is not my chain! We went back inside and respectfully asked the lady if she accidentally grabbed the wrong chain. She got very defensive and called security and called her husband. She was trying to persuade us that the chain was diamond cut. Lol. Clearly it’s noticeable that it is not!! As we were talking to security and the lady the husband walked in very aggressively and was being rude to me. I asked the husband, is that was a diamond cut chain??? and he said no it’s not. Lol. Funny!! My husband and the man owner had words and almost got into a fight but I was able to calm my husband down and get him outside the store. While we waited for the police the lady came out yelling and pointing fingers and I said oh no don’t do that! That was her one warning to get away from us. The police were called but they couldn’t do anything to help us because our pictures were not clear enough to see the cut. End of story….karma will come back to get you! Do not ever go into this store. We are still in disbelief how dishonest and grimy...
