I am a huge fan of the Bonnie + Clyde and Catch Boutiques. The customer service has always been second to none. Each time, I am greeted by a sales associate, willing to help me find the perfect item for my needs. The clothes are well-priced, and super cute. These stores run fun specials all of the time, like their Mother’s Day promotion that truly celebrates Moms and makes them feel special. You don’t find this attention to detail and superior customer service very often anymore. Customer service was not the finest. Not sure what your store policy is but when someone pays $200 for a dress, I would hope it’s not your policy to had it to the customer in the original packaging…wrinkled. I did ask for a steamed one since there were several there. I almost to her to keep the dress and asked for a refund....
