It starts off a negative 5 , with the mgt.Elizabeth definitely drilled me trying to do a return granted i didn't have a receipt, I had tags. I was confronted,dehumanized, badly. I spoke to Donnalia Store Mgr. ( hope I'm right ) now she realistically didn't have to return with no receipt, but she so did so pleasant, and professional,easy going and rest assured me I'd be taken care of sure I was ,Tammy the CXM was there so pleasant and helpful it was really nice and reassuring this confusing situation in no time was resolved . . I was able to handle my business,leave with what I wanted and desired . Dayzee and Trisha at counter were bubbly,Energetic,happy,and helpful too. Bottom line don't deal with Angry , Elizabeth and keep your damn receipt.

The manager at this Macy's is relaxed and friendly , she will adjust her business ways to meet customer's wants or needs. Read moreI used to work at Macy's back in Buffalo New York. I cannot believe how the prices have shot up. A bottle of eau de toilette spray, would have cost about $70 10 years ago, now it costs $168. Inflation is ridiculous. It has great stuff, and they certainly have great sales. One thing that really shocked me is, we always dressed to the nines in the cosmetic department. That's just part of the deal. The woman that waited on me in the cosmetic department was wearing black pants, what looked like hiking boots, and a black and red flannel shirt. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Otherwise, of course they have quality items, and the place is gorgeous. But you are going to pay through the nose, unless you participate in their special sales. Read moreWhat a nightmare... tried to order a TV from the Macy's web site, and my order was immediately cancelled due to them "not having my information in their system." That's because I opened my account when I made this order. I called their supposed help line and almost needing an interpreter, and was told I had to call a store and do my order with someone at the store "just this once." I can't say how many times I called the Bozeman store, and then trying stores from Dallas to Orlando, only to get the same menus, selections, and NO ONE answering the phone. Thank God for Amazon. From now on, they'll get all of my business and I hope Macy's continues to close their stores because they are totally useless. No wonder they're going out...
