
Stay away, even after I canceled the service they still changed my credit card, it took 11 months to stop them. I even had a debt collector call me for more money, the manager offered to settle if I pay $24... What a bunch of con merchants.
Message to Matt Genes, read all the reviews, everyone is saying the same thing. Your reputation is one the decline!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Their "cancellation policy" is absolute nonsense and they will continue to charge your account until you threaten legal action. The last time I was physically in the gym was 2017. I attempted to cancel as I was moving away from the area and the 18yr old at the desk couldn't find the form and assured me by giving my name and information they would take care of the cancellation.
I've been charged for 2018 and most recently 2019 membership fees. Reached out to attempt to remedy the situation but the "manager" Dave said he can't help me or refund the money that was taken from my account.
It is absolutely crazy to me that an organization trying to build a brand would allow this level of customer service all over $120.

Be careful when signing up at this gym. Their dubious acts to mislead you into what you're signing is ridiculous! Their sign up fees are complete BS and a money grab! Stay far far away! Better gyms are out there.
8 months ago- DO NOT JOIN. Also, go through and read how many other people have mentioned this very same issue! They, like most gyms, require a 30 day notice for cancellation. Sure, that can be standard with some gyms. However, they only allow you to have access to the paperwork, through a manager, which are not available outside set times. For someone like me that works long hours and could get there when a manager was on shift, it was a nightmare. The bigger concern is that they will hit you with a "Rate-lock-fee" which falls within the 30 day time frame, even if you are canceling your membership for the upcoming year. And the fee will of course fall at the end of your 12 year cycle, without notice. So a fee, that is specifically in place to lock in the rate you pay per month for a whole additional year, is applied to your account and billed to you at the time of your renewal.... for a membership you no longer have! And again, they send you NO notification that your renewal fee is even coming up, so that you will get stuck with the cost regardless. I wrote to the General Manager, David, and he did not answer any of my questions, but just recited the policy and offered to transfer the credit to a family member or friend. Why would I subject a family member or friend to the scam so they can get caught paying these down the road?! I also called and left him a message to speak and he never called me back. He was more than happy to send an email with every sentence ending in an explanation mark though, to drive home his condescending tone and lack of customer service. Says a lot about their lack of training of their employees if that is the general manager. I ended up requesting time off work to get there in time to cancel my membership with a manger last night and was forced to pay the last month and "lock-rate-fee" otherwise I would be continually billed every month with the lock rate fee regardless. so do yourself a favor and find another gym!!! There are plenty of competitors in the area and they will treat you with more respect and not have policies that take advantage of their members. Read moreI have been a member of Fit Factory even before they opened during the snowiest winter in a trailer outside. I met Matt and he was so nice and gave me a tour even though they were not open. From that moment on, I have been in love with this gym its instructors, owners, and members. It was always clean and the trainers and instructors are great. My kids and husband are also members. This is more than a gym it truly is a family.
I would like to vote for my favorite instructors and mention that all the instructors all over the country have been wonderful with the live virtual classes and since I can get to class now without being in traffic rushed to get to the gym, I am able to take more classes with more variety and have lost 20 lbs and regained strength I had lost as I aged. I can't recommend taking the virtual live classes enough. They are a great way to stay or get in shape, safely and it allows you to reach for new heights over your typical safe zone and challenge yourself.
my #instructorawards and #Best Energy Sarah King Cartullo what can I say but Sarah is a total package between Zumba, Buti, and whatever she can pull together with HIIT Total Body etc. She has an energy that is completely contagious and she is has a welcoming personality that makes you want to be around her and take all her classes, make her proud of you, even if you have to chill its ok as she gives you options for intensity. She sings and dances like a star! Love you!
#instructorawards for most motivating would go to #Kelsey for tirelessly putting in all the hours to make sure everyone has something to do and offering so many different options in her array of talents. She counts loud so you stay motivated. My family will hear her voice coming out of the computer and know to stay away from me LOL! (not most relaxing). She also makes you feel like you are part of the family and calls you out on the virtual live classes which keeps me motivated.
#intstructorawards for #Best Fit Tip is Meaghan Germain; Meg is a teacher and it shows with her classes, she explains the movements and demonstrates the proper form while lifting weight which is so important especially when she can't see you. She is a great instructor and i used to love taking her spin classes when I was able to get to them she always changed up the music and had a lot fun in her class.

Read moreThe child area is not safe and the sitters are unprofessional, I quit even i still have two months membership after I saw how neglectful the sitters are, older kids was jumping over babies left on the floor, and sitters did not even move .....I was shocked..... after asked them to pay more attention I got scream on and disrespected by the sitter , than by the manger , than my daughter was also disrespected and left in corner alone ( my daughter is disabled ) the sitter told me to my face if I have not normal child she should be not allow here anymore we left the gym with out finishing work out , I'm disgusted , but I'm more disgusted after talking to the director today who forgot to apologize but asked me not to come back with my daughter because I slammed the sitter name here on FB .....and I dare say they have dirty sauna ( but that is the true is dirty and messy and putting members in danger ) I told him she did this to her self , but after the conversation today I do understand why the workers are ignorant not professional and disrespectful , they care less because the director allow that , cover that and applause for that, they getting out off the members who are dare say something this way they still don't have to resolve no issues and play stupid like they don't know about any problems, they offer You money back and shut up ......there You go but I told him I will not let nobody discriminate disabled child and I will warn people what they signing for.
