Hats off to owners who trust their employees with their businesses! I have been living in Massachusetts for 14 years and never had seen such ignorant staff of starbucks in my life. I have been going to this starbucks from last years July 1st since its the first one on my way to work. Except one girl and one managerial face; everyone else in that starbucks is completely off their work ethics. It makes me sad because I worked in a restaurant dept for good 8 years and I'm not saying I'm saint but I learnt how to navigate my customers and run a business. The owner loved me and stillwants me to come work for them. I get same coffee from last july(almost a year and a half) but just different ways to save myself a few cents. The customer service at 6 in the morning is terrible. Most employees are so unhappy and does not look like they want to work there. It's been two straight weeks that I have been the most unhappy. I never have to face this problem at any other locations of starbucks (Virginia, DC, CT, most places I've been to) I cried today because I couldn't address what is the actual problem with these people to not make my coffee right! Past month, I waited 10 mins (while the serve time to the customer in store is under 8 mins) after placing my order that i usually get 5 times a week and sometimes or most of the times twice in a day. Like I mentioned one barista (I wish I remember her name) very helpful and probably is only one that keeps the starbucks going in that specific location. But everyone else is literally so visibly full of hate towards their customers. I wish these people would understand the intensity of business owners whose businesses get ruined because of employees actions. But they have no common courtesy or even a smile on their face when customers enter the store That place should replace the staff entirely to save that famous location (just my opinion) The recent interaction which was yesterday was worst( half made coffee they gave me and actually didn't even put chestnut praline that I get every...

It only got a 3 star because for the price I paid at this legal was nothing compared to the seaport legal spot which was lesser and more abundance of food. We both got 2 crabs 🦀 cakes and perhaps 2 to 3 teaspoon of salad and rice. I find this legal in South shore to be lousy. The amount of food small like a appetizers as supposed to a meal which was my last encounter and 2nd time going. The customer service could be a bit more attentive as well and more through on what customer want. Copley, seaport and legacy place is a much better 😌 legal seafood spot. South shore one I compared to a bunch of teenagers running a fast food restaurant like McDonald's or burger King 🤴. I wouldn't venture again. 1st time I went it was because my daughter sister was a cook and their selection wasn't up to par. I been better off buying kids meal like my grandson macaroni and cheese. I paid total 2 adult and I asked rude server for something of substitute was told the burnt pistachio fish n what came with it was what I had to take couldn't be substituted. The 2nd time which is this review 🤔 the person who treated me had taken me to seaport and paid less dinner and the meal was practically more and $25 less. Just curious is South shore legal a school or fast food spot like McDonald's or burger 🍔...

Horrible experience. I went with a friend and my drink came out right away, but my friends took a bit and when we asked on a status we were given major attitude. We we told can't you see how busy we are. I have a gift card and once that is empty I will not be returning. My friend was so unhappy we left without her drink. I don't understand the attitude that comes along with Starbucks. I also don't understand why the baristas we're making drinks of people that came after us before my friends drink. I understand trying to get easy drinks out of the way, but they must have made at least 10 other drinks. I was more vocal and asked and got a look. I would have stayed and demanded my drink, but my friend wanted to leave as she does not and has not ever had a good experience in Starbucks. This was the Braintree location. I only like 2 of your stores now, until my gift card was used. I get many Starbucks gift cards for Christmas in my line of work and will be informing my clients I no longer...

Their seafood selection is minimal. It seems like they have more alcohol than food. I ordered raw oysters, clams and a salmon Caesar salad. The food was pretty good. Maybe the best Caesar salad dressing I've ever tried. The one thing that annoyed me was that they almost wouldn't allow our service dogs to enter even though we wanted to sit in their outdoor seating area. 1 of our dogs is 14yrs old and retiring as a service dog. Our newer service dog was with us too and the Manager thought it was odd to have 2 service dogs and made me like we weren't welcome but she eventually let us in.

So I paid an extra $1.25 for the salted caramel foam and this is what they gave me. The girl was trying to tell me she did put the foam on top, but it looked and tasted nothing like there's any foam here. I get this drink everyday, I know how the foam is supposed to look. This store used to make great drinks, I wonder happened after they renovated and hired new people? She wasn't even going to apologize or try to make it right. She re-made the drink but didn't seem to be happy. With the second try, it looked the same, something about the foam was definitely not right.
