I have to say the staffs here are nice. But the merchant is absolutely imposter scam. I have filed the complaint on website of CT government and have re-disputed the transaction. If needed, I will file the small claim court later for the refund and compensation. Be careful of what you are purchasing. Never and Ever buy any packages if you are not sure what you gonna get.

On May 6, 2025, I was persuaded to purchase a 5-injection NAD+ package by credit card. And I received 2 injections from this package on May 6 and May 12. After the mammogram exam on May 20, my doctor advised me to stop all NAD+ injections because the exam showed there was a bad dense tissue which never happened before NAD+ sessions. I immediately canceled the upcoming appointment scheduled for June 19 and never received any service later. Before purchasing the package, I had already paid separately in cash for injections on April 13, 18, and 27, which were unrelated to the package. However, the merchant later falsely counted April 27 and June 19 (cancelled) as part of the package, which is lying. How could you let me pay the service of April 27 on May 6?! Please made a reasonable story smartly. In short, I used two out of five injections, leaving three unused sessions which can be displayed in your own system when I log in my account. On August 13, I went to store, showed them exam result MyChart, asked them to charge the 2 injections as their usual price instead of package price, requested a refund the rest of the money. But staff refused, stating the package was “non-refundable”. This policy was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase, also could be deemed unenforceable as well under consumer protection laws. It is unfair for a business to retain payment for services never provided. And the worse thing they had done was they falsely stated everything to my credit card company which really pissed me off. With ease, I scheduled a complimentary tour of the Branford iCYRO. (I have had a brochure in my bag for weeks and all it took was a couple minutes to schedule a same day visit.) I was greeted by pleasant, experienced, and informed staff, and taken care of immediately. This is a full wrap around establishment.

Melissa provided the thorough tour and answered all of my questions. While I hadn't planned on experiencing any of the services after the tour, the experience was so inviting that found myself donning the provided top, shorts, gloves, socks, hat, slippers and more, and walked on in. As someone who hasn't been able to cold plunge, this was very different. Stepping into the iCRYO chamber was different; while chilling, I wasn't required to submerge myself in water. This has the potential to provide all of the benefits of cold therapy without what is negative for me; getting wet!
