Branson Vacation Rentals — Local services in Branson

Overall, we liked staying with Branson Vacation Rentals. Their communication was fabulous! SOME THINGS TO NOTE: When you get to the fork in the road where you see a stop sign and a car or truck sitting there with a guard, or a road that continues to the right, STAY LEFT! DON'T VEER RIGHT. The directions are a tad outdated at the moment because there is no gate currently. The site where the gate is was demolished and they are in the process of reconstruction. The directions even with GPS were a bit unclear and one wrong turn had us going 3 miles out of our way on a very narrow road that has a very steep cliff. This caused us to have to turn around and go back the way we came.

The condos themselves aren't much to look at from the outside. but inside they're very cozy, and the furnishings are modern. They even had a chest of games in the living room and had a few Russian games that my husband and I flipped over as we are both students of Russian.

The housekeeping was a little sketchy in our condo however nothing major. There were minor things like, I think the robes that were in our room were used because they were both in a clear garbage bag and one had a black hair in it, and the jetted tub had hair around the spigot. We also found some condition issues in our condo that we made them aware of such as broken windows blinds, a broken wood frame over the main blinds, a leaky shower head and a toilet that was very wobbly. They were very responsive and although they offered to come over and fix it, we told them it could wait until our departure.

Upon leaving, we were instructed to take the garbage out and put it in the dumpster, however the dumpster was overfilled so I let them know.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 starts because it’s all I can give! As usual we had an incredible stay in our cabin owned by Branson Vacation Rentals. We typically stay at the Westgate respite cabins and love them! The space is great for a family of 4, there are a ton of amenities, and let’s be honest there’s never a dull moment in Branson! They recently did some renovating which was great, the cabins are so clean and organized! The couple that ones then are attentive, kind, caring and always available. We try not to be a pain at all, but anytime I have to reach out they are ready and willing to fix anything we need! If I have to come up with a con: it’s that the wifi doesn’t work, at all! I know I know we’re on vacation so we should be out doing all the things right? We do! We spend allll day out doing all the Branson things or spending time using the amenities available to us, but especially with children it’s nice after a busy hot day to come home and turn on the tv or call family or friends and relax and unwind. Also we travel with a Roku camera to keep an eye on our dogs to make sure they aren’t barking while we’re out, this required WiFi. Other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful and we WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR! Also I know they will take this review to heart and look into the wifi because they are just that amazing! Perfect place to stay with my 3 adult kids and some extras. Cabin had everything we needed, plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice stuff, not a bunch of cheap mismatched cookware etc. Loved the beautiful surroundings and the cabin was very clean with a nice interior., also perfect having 4 suites all with jacuzzi tubs. We loved the screened in deck and enjoyed lots of games out there together. I appreciated the short list of check-out items so it felt like my vacation and not me doing housework before I left. Resort location was very convenient. We literally had no issues. The property manager told me ahead of time to let him know if we were getting low on propane for the grill, and even though we did not run out, someone came right away to bring another tank. I would highly recommend this property, and was really thankful for the ease of the whole rental, from day 1 of the reservation to post check-out.
