No Dining in Covid 19 ! Girl at Counter was Cordial not Friendly or Diden't even tell me the Fountain was open ? Just thunked the cup on the counter ! Guess they Don't talk to the Customers ? Hopefully they will be more Friendly next Visit ? New Update - Food OK, Prices High, Portions Small, Somewhat Busy ! Fries we either not Done or Sat too long ? Warm but, mushie inside ! 3rd Update - Food Warm, Fries Ok but, Greasy , Bread Dry Like it sat out all Day ! Brought out to Fountain but Not on a Tray ,so I Juggled my Food and Drink Trying to get Napkins ! 2023- Just for Ice Cream, and Chocolate Ice Cream was Down Vanilla was Very Soft and Runny. I sit down in a booth while my husband is ordering and hear someone yelling at me that the middle section I was in was closed, there was no way to know that since there was no sign or blocking, so I ask where I’m supposed to sit, she tells me up front. I move, a few minutes later a family of four comes in and sits at the table next to where I was, nothing was said, then they get up and move to the middle section nothing was said to them. The woman then comes over to us and says she has to mop where we were, mind you, the entire back was empty, she hit my 94 year old Mother’s foot with the mop and didn’t say a word and glanced back at her and smiled. The floor was still damp when we got up to leave, my Mother is not steady on her feet and thankfully we got out without falling. I realize we’re in a day and age where customer service has gone out the window but someone needs to teach these workers...

We walked in at about 8:00 PM on a Monday. Employees were preoccupied at the front counter discussing when payday was and how they got paid. The poor girl who finally helped us did not know much English and definitely did not know the menu nor how to operate the register. She was finally able to get the attention of a manager and take our order for 2 cones. After placing our order we found that just about all of the dining room was blocked off by chairs. The only seating was 3 adjoining tables, two of which were already occupied. We didn't sitting with others, but then again there was no choice.
