Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Branson

I had the most incredible experience at this Little Caesars location and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service that surpassed all expectations.

Despite facing a challenging situation with the storms causing internet outages, this newly opened store managed to maintain their stellar service. Even without internet access, they couldn't process credit or debit cards. However, their resourcefulness and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction shone brightly. They went above and beyond to find solutions for everyone who didn't have cash, showcasing their commitment to providing a memorable experience.

The owner and his fantastic crew were true rockstars. Their efficiency and speed in preparing orders were simply remarkable, especially given the circumstances. But what truly stood out was their genuine warmth and attentiveness towards every customer. They treated everyone with utmost respect and made sure that every need was met with a smile.

Ok so I ordered delivery because I'm stuck in a wheelchair till my hip heals. I've never had this pizza before but the parm crust kept popping up in my Facebook feed. I decided on the stuffed parm crust and a Detroit deep dish. Now mind you I drove semi in all 48 for 18 yrs, this was not a Detroit deep dish. A true Detroit deep dish the toppings are in the opposite order, so the toppings go on the cheese goes on then the sauce once it comes out of the oven. Also mine was burnt with no where near the sauce or cheese it should have to be called a deep dish. So why would a 4 piece deep dish cost more than a big ass round normal stuffed crust, which also was very under par as pizza goes. Was plenty of toppings on it but definitely not completely cooked. As a first experience anywhere it's very disappointing. Especially since I cant really cook my own food and such at the moment. I'd have been happier with a cold cut sandwich at this point. My boyfriend was also disappointed with the quality of the order as well. I do however understand that most of the younger employees di not give a rats ass about the quality...

This little Caesars has the worst manager ever. I called to place an order, and a guy answered the phone. He answered saying, "What do you want?" He was rude, and his speech sounded slurred like he was drunk or high. I asked him what his name was; he told me his name is Shannon and that he was the manager. Well, Shannon is definitely lacking professionalism, and Little Caesars must have been desperate when they decided to hire Shannon to be a manager. Unbelievable! I told Shannon I was calling to order a pretzel pizza with extra cheese sauce. He said, "I can't do that, the extra cheese sauce is not allowed." I said to Shannon, "I have been ordering the pretzel pizza the same way since it came back on the menu, and I have been ordering it the same way for many years. Why the sudden change?" He then became argumentative, saying, "I'm the manager," and I said, "No." He then slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I will never...
