I’m giving this place two stars instead of one because the experience I had was crappy, but I didn’t get any services so I have no idea if their services are crap I made two appointments for me and my mom to get nails done me getting a full set and her getting a fill I was also scheduled to get a pedicure well, the day of our appointment comes and we arrive a bit early and then at the time of our appointment, they call me back so I go back with the lady I then told her I had a design on my phone and I showed her and she said she didn’t know if she could do that because my nails were so short And I was very confused because I was supposed to be getting a set of acrylics she also got snarky when I showed her the design and told me that I apparently wasn’t scheduled for design and she didn’t know if she could do it because she had another client after me but when I asked her about the set of acrylics , she said no the only thing I have you down for is polish and I said I was supposed to have one fill one pedicure, and one full set of acrylics and apparently I was only down for One polish appointment like I said, I don’t wanna just give this place one star but I do not appreciate how I was treated and I did not like how incompetent the receptionist was to not be able to make an appointment correctly I was also very upset I was treated the way I was by the nail technician I was also very sad because I’ve heard very good things about this place but needless to say, I will not be going back because if that’s how they treat people when they make a mistake on their end I don’t wanna...
Read moreI would not recommend going here if you have a specific haircut you like. I requested a haircut with specifications. And noticed she made a mistake while cutting and proceeded to try to hide her mistake and when mentioned at the end she said "sorry I was trying to do the layering" and mentioned I could come in another day to have it fixed. By fixed I mean, add the layers that weren't there, blend the massive chunk of hair she cut out of the front of my hair, and taper the bottom. I did reached out to her to get availability for the next day and she never responded. So the next day I went in and requested for someone else to look at it and see if they'd be able to fix it make it any better. They attempted but I got the feeling that they didn't believe me that she messed it up. Because although he said he had a technique to help, every cut was very minimal and they didn't perform a shampoo or style after. (Said person was the owner Nathan, I did not get his last name) I didn't feel taken care of, and even tho I never showed satisfaction with my hair they didn't seem like they cared if I liked it. Read moreI went in and saw Hailey for a full head of blonde highlights (my hair is already dark blonde). I brought pictures of what I liked, and said that I wanted “pretty, bright light highlights. Hailey said no problem, and got to work on my hair. The end result was my hair being so ashy, it was the color of mud. I felt bad, because I don’t like to complain, and told her that I wasn’t happy with it at all. She explained that it was “a process” 🤣, and said y to o come back in a week to fix it. I paid $160, including tip before I left. A week later, she canceled our appointment, and rescheduled for another week out. When I showed up for the correction, she said that she didn’t really have the time she would need, and that she couldn’t help me that day. I left feeling very disappointed, and ripped off. I was able to get into a different salon in Hollister that was highly recommended, and when I told the new stylist about my awful experience, her exact words were, “well yes, it was a process- I took a whole 2 hours”.
