Peggy's Rock Shop — Local services in Branson

My son saw this store and really wanted to go. I took forever at the souvenir shop next door. We finally made it seconds before 5pm and the owner was locking up. My son knocked on the door and she was kind enough to let us in. She did not rush us and answered every silly question I had about rocks, gems and stones. It took my son a good while to pick out the gems and stones he wanted. He had to spend all of his vacation money...lol...hours later he is still reading about the rocks, minerals, and gems he purchased. She put a little information card in every bag. It was such a great experience. I highly recommend this store. The owner is kind and very knowledgeable. all the stones are very nice but the cashier was super rude, i came in to get a citrine for my boyfriend because he wanted a stone for wealth. when we got to the cash register my mom asked about the stones and i said exactly that, the cashier then gave me a weird look saying “green stones are usually used for wealth but whatever” then went on saying that “kids from tiktok hear something then rush to go get a stone but more money for me” or something along the lines of that. she was obviously taking a jab at me which is pretty rude especially cus citrine is well known to be used for improving wealth. anyways the store itself= fine BUT the customer service= rude...

We stopped into sweet peggys rock shop last year on our vacation for our 2nd year wedding anniversary and we always thought about her through out the year. This time me and my husband said "We have to stop at peggys!" We love her and her shop! She is super sweet and very kind. She also introduced us to her husband. Last year we bought a geode from her and she helped us Crack it open and we still have the video.
