I like this store, they have a nice variety and everything is really easy to find. However, I drove an hour to get here today, and I asked one of the employees for advice on some skincare products to buy. I was responded to with an eye roll, deep sighs, and a bad attitude. The employee was very harsh and clearly felt as though my ask for help was an inconvenience. I was recommended products that werenāt cruelty free, which isnāt a big deal at all itās just not something I personally want to buy, and when I brought this up to the employee they rolled their eyes again, went to another section, the employee said āThis one is,ā then just dropped it back on the shelf. I said thank you and then the employee just walked away without saying anything. I normally donāt like to ask for help while Iām shopping, but this specific employee had helped me pick out a fragrance in the past and was very friendly, so when I saw this employee I was relieved they were there and felt comfortable to ask them, only to be met with a harsh tone. I understand having bad days as I work a customer service job also. Regardless, I would never in a million years be so blatantly rude to a customer. Made me feel incredibly unwelcome and annoying for asking a simple question. I did get better products than what I had originally been using, so Iām leaving two stars. Ā Ā Ā Read morei donāt like to complain but truly i feel like this issue could have been resolved if everyone didnt try and have a say in what my stylist was doing, which is what i specifically asked her to do. i wanted to an ash blonde color. i showed my stylist a picture and we went through and picked out colors. i was going from bleach blonde to this, with brown roots grown maybe two inches. we first bleached my roots, i knew this would happen. no big deal. next we put the color on and this was BEAUTIFUL. i loved it. my roots were a little orange so we were going to tone it. thatās when a stylist who had no idea what i was asking for stepped in with a GREEN toner. this turned my hair a SEWER GREEN. we had to put dark brown on top of hair that had TWO products on it by the hour. The green toner done by someone who had no idea what i wanted ruined my hair and now, in 6 weeks, i have to go back to get anywhere close to where i want to be. this could have been avoided if my stylist was LEFT alone. throughout the appointment 4 different people had their hands in my hair and when they realized they messed up, everyone ran off. i want to say this is not a complaint about my stylist at all. lee was amazing and i will be seeing her again. this is a complaint about everyone else working this day. if a stylist knows what theyāre doing, especially with FIFTEEN YEARS of experience,...

Don't get me wrong! Yes I wear a little make up and always wash my face at the e d of the day. But I'm 40 years old and haven't changed my routine much since I was a teen, and boy have things changed. So, I needed help. Saw a kind and fun looking lady named Brit. Explained the stitch to her. She walked my daughter up and down each aisle explaining what each product was for, how to use or apply it, even pointed out the less expensive brands that were, in her opinion, no different than the pricier ones. She helped my daughter get set up with good make and skin care products as well as giving my kid her own little personality discovered hacks how she used certain products... uses out of the ordinary.
