I went to get some costume made frames. There was no one at the desk, a couple ladies were waiting too. The manager came and help the people infron of me but never came back to help me. I stood there for 30 minutes. Employees when by and never asked me if I have been helped. I presided to go to register to return the frames a got the day before. To my surprise the cashier told me there are no returns allowed for after 90 days. I explained to him I specially asked about the return policy yesterday and the lady say that even if I open the package it would be ok. So, I demanded my money, and the employee called the manager saying I wanted to speak to her. She came and I told her my story. She played the game that she didn't know I needed help, bla bla bla. She got very rude with me, she threw the frames at a binder behind the register and as she finished the return did not look at me and hardly could hear her as she walked away, have a good day....

On June 1, 2023 I stopped by ten minutes before close, looking for one item. I entered the store and was told I had nine minutes to shop. I was asked if I needed help. I declined. I was focused on finding the exact item I sought. I went tocan aisle to look, where an employee followed me and asked if I needed help. Again, I declined. I went over two aisles towards the back and was followed by an employee, who stood watching me drumming her fingers on the rack and tapping her foot. She asked "can I help you find anything or...." and I replied "again, no thank you". I continued looking (it was only three minutes since I entered the store), and that same employee followed me. I felt accosted and unwelcome. I hope others do not get treated like this as it is...

I used to like going there for just about any craft project you could think of even though it is a bit pricey. Recently, however, I found out that they don't even sell plastic mesh canvas any longer!! What kind of craft store doesn't sell plastic mesh canvas?!? Kudos for giving military discounts.

Now (as of the first of February 2019), I think that this store is on it's way out of business (for me anyway). I went in looking for some DIY wedding stuff and there wasn't much to choose from any longer. Looks like I'll have to drive all the way up to Springfield, Mo. to find what I want at a competitor's store. Too bad for them, they've lost me as a customer.
