I go to At&t on Putney Rd often. I am a new a newbie when it come's to the advancing in phone and tablets. I am always treated with respect and they have no problem helping me with certain issues i can't figure out. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. Amanda and Natalie have been a huge help teaching me all the option's on my phone. I have advanced to a phone purchased from the At&t store and not only are they polite and willing to help me but never do i feel silly because of some of my issue's i have ran into. I have watched all the employees at the store interact with other customer's and it's alway's pleasant. I haven't yet walked in there thinking "what a pain" nor was made to feel nothing but welcomed. They have guided me through my learning process with a positive attitude being i don't puchase something every visit. There extremely knowledgeable and without there help i would still be using a flip phone. No where else would you get the excellent customer service after an initial purchase. I can't say enough about the store and how i have advanced and learned from them all. I love At&t and the service my products receive. I would recommend any employee. They have all helped me with many different issue's and i always walk out feeling satified and that's how customer service should be. Read moreUnfortunately had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 once I got my bill. I went in there to add a line for myself to my father's plan so we could split an account. While speaking with Patrick, I was adamant about not having auto-pay or paperless billing turned on (my father is old school and wants a paper bill in the mail.) He assured me over and over that this wouldn't be done. He quoted me a price of $45 per line with my father's military discount (before tax, etc.). Said that's great, that's within the budget we wanted. Once everything is set up he asks to scan my credit card. I ask why as the account is not supposed to have auto-pay turned on. He said something about just having a back up card on file and that it would NOT be charged. I believed him when I shouldn't have. Later I just happened to check my statement and there was a charge. Checked the bill and it was $52.50 per line(excluding tax)! Had to speak with ATT corporate to get these issues resolved. Initially I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store and how easy it was. Now I know why, because the setup was carelessly done. I was quoted the wrong price, had changes made to the account against my wishes, and was mislead on what my credit card was actually...
Read moreEvan and Gabe were just about the kindest and charming young men providing customer service that you could imagine. Evan was training Gabe the day we went in to the AT&T store in Brattleboro. Evan was an excellent model and Gabe was quickly following suit. I went in to replace a busted old phone with my newborn daughter and my adult aged helpful daughter. I was in and out of the store during the process due to my crying baby. They were perfectly kind and patient while mainly handling the transaction with my adult aged daughter as I had requested. They made a typically mundane dragged out experience into a fun one. If you want to brighten your day just go to the AT& T store and hang with Gabe and/ or Evan! The proud cat dad’s might even offer photos of their cats to boot! Evan also pointed out that I can receive a discount for being a nurse and thanks to him my bill was significantly decreased! Evan and Gabe deserve all 5 stars and beyond for their tip top service. Keep it up guys!! I hope y’all see this review cause sometimes you never know how you might change someone’s day and it’s good to know that. Pass it forward....
