From the moment we set foot in the shop, we knew we were on to something special. I heard about Will and Rosie from a mutual friend years ago and kept them in the back of my mind as the relationship with my partner grew. When it came time to design our wedding bands, we knew we had to talk to WR Metal Arts before we looked anywhere else. BOY are we glad we did! Will’s warm demeanor made us feel right at home (observances of COVID protocols also helped!) and his creative skills came to the fore as soon as we described what we were imagining. I designed the engagement ring for my partner elsewhere, which was a fun and informative process, but it didn’t carry the same weight and connection we established with the entire WR Metalarts team. We talked about what we wanted, why we wanted it and what these decisions ultimately meant to each of us. We only went to the shop that first visit, but the communication throughout the process made us feel like we were visiting on a weekly basis! From the materials, to the sourcing of the stones, the team responded to every inquiry in a warm and timely manner. I was rather picky about the turquoise I was looking for and the team continually responded to my feedback until I was looking at the perfect stones in my inbox. Even with a last minute adjustment to my ring size (slightly smaller than originally planned because my fingers swell in the summer) the team took my request in stride and made it happen. My wife’s band matches her engagement ring PERFECTLY, no small feat considering the shape was something Will had “not seen a lot of”. It is delicate, elegant and exactly what she hoped for! I have had a vision for my band stewing in my head for several years, and truth be told I can be very particular. What Will and the WR team ended up producing has absolutely blown me away. I now have a piece I will cherish for the rest of my life and will pass down to my children for generations to come. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with the WR team to create the wedding bands of our dreams. The process was fun, engaging and surprising effortless (on our parts, at least) considering how many hours went into the final product. We have the highest quality workmanship imaginable, with materials sourced ethically whose origins are transparent. We cannot recommend WR Metalarts enough and we will definitely be returning for future pieces. THANK YOU for the easiest and least stressful part of planning...

If I could leave 100 stars, I WOULD. Will and Jessica (I did not have the pleasure of working with Rosie) were phenomenal. Will's designs bring so many compliments even via a year's worth of remote teaching and Zoom meetings. Jessica is the best office manager I have every had the pleasure of working with and I miss emailing her. I felt truly like a friend and valued part of their WR Metalarts family throughout the process and I still do today. They are seriously quality humans who do quality work and who LISTEN to the customer, which is obviously so important when you are creating custom work. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future. We had an engagement ring, matching band, and a separate band made and we adore them. So unique, such high quality and attention to detail, and they endlessly kept going to find the stone of my dreams. Our honeymoon was delayed and we were planning to go to Vermont...before we found WR Metalarts! Now, it's even more special to us that at least our rings came from Vermont and we will take our honeymoon sometime, returning our rings back to the place they were made and, hopefully, to thank Will and Jessica in person. We can't wait to make the trip and express our gratitude. A Google review will have to suffice for now! We love our rings. They are the shining star of our mid-COVID elopement. Speaking of, if you live out of state, don't hesitate to choose WR...we had a Zoom meeting to talk design and Jessica is responsive and detailed in her emails. I felt 100% comfortable the entire time. They also sent us a few snail mail samples, things to look at, etc. I can't say enough here. I know I'm forgetting a few things, but the main takeaway: This is quality jewelry from quality humans who care and want you to love what they are...

My fiancé and I worked separately with WR Metalarts to design custom engagement rings and the team was amazing! We are in love with our rings and they are beyond anything that we would have ever imagined! Although we designed our rings separately, they complement each other perfectly! Our rings are beautiful and unique, and inspired by nature. We are honored to have worked with a small business based on ethical principals.

The thought of custom designing a ring was daunting, but the team made it easy and walked us through each step of the process with a series of zoom calls and emails. They were more than happy to schedule zoom calls when I needed help with the design elements. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered along the way. The team was very fun to worth with, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and their work.

To further enhance our experience, WR Metalarts went out of their way to adapt their timeline with the ring that my fiancé was designing for me in order to ensure that we both had rings around the time of my proposal! What a nice surprise that was!
