Walgreens — Local services in Manchester

The pharmacy personnel is clearly “over” their jobs! They are rude, do not make eye contact and you never know which direction they prefer you to take. I went in today for a ‘walk in’ covid vaccine and the confusion, delays and again, rudeness was staggering. Nobody acknowledges that you are in the correct line or what is coming next. A very old individual needed a chair to sit in - I had already given mine up to another elderly individual. When an older individual requested a chair for a man about to fall over the staff indicated to people standing in line to ‘just to get another chair for him’. I couldn’t even figure out what one of the young girls was even doing behind the counter! Why didn’t she come out and bring a chair to the gentleman rather than ask patrons to do it - Just RUDE! Unless I have NO other choices I will not go to this...

There was along waiting line in the Manchester VT location. I waited over thirty minutes to pick up my NIT just to find out they did not accept/process credit cards due to their system failure but only cash on the spot. because o social distancing we could not hear the cause o f delay but only when we got to the counter. The Manchester, VT website says that this store is open until 9:00pm all nights but Sunday. I arrived here at 7:10pm and was told the Pharmacy closed at 7:00pm. I have driven 25 miles to get here. I have an infection and needed to pick up a new medication ordered by the doctor this afternoon. All this is a big deal for me, I was treated as though I caused the situation.
