Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Brattleboro

My name is Brian and I've been on medication as far back as I can remember. Everything was going fine until about a year ago when I went into my pharmacy (your pharmacy!) and I was told they haven't been distributed to your pharmacy yet I was told to come back! I did a few days later. I was out of the meds all of a sudden for the first time in over a decade. I kept trying over and over all month. Each time I went in They got more and more aggressive with me and told me they may never come in again! I've been off my meds now ever since! I've been going through panic attacks I have extreme anxiety and my sleep habits are almost non-existent and I told my doctor he didn't believe it. And everyone around me has noticed and apprehensive about my panic attacks in other words my life is a living hell. I hope some day someone with power of wich I have none helps me. My insurance always paid you I've been polite and always prior to that time thought you were a good pharmacy. Your staff is hostile and aggressive I hope some day to get back on...

New to the area and tried other pharmacies before this location because of the horrible reviews. I’ve since had several excellent transactions here. It’s a clean and well stocked pharmacy inside, especially compared to others in the area. The pharmacy staff have been helpful and friendly—on top of things and offering helpful advice. And the location has a drive thru, which is so appreciated. I’m on several regular medications, so am relieved to have found a location to count on. Hope this helps others...

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff clearly don’t want to do their jobs. I called in a script midday for my partner who’s struggling to breathe right now and just came right before closing (8pm) to beg them to fill the script. When I told the tech how sick my partner is - that’s what finally convinced her to fill it. This is insane. In previous visits I’ve had the techs talk trash about customers to each other in front of me.
