Fu Cai — Restaurant in Brattleboro

Stopped by on our way up to Franconia Notch State Park. Only ordered the General Tao’s Chicken to go. Was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! It was fresh, hot flavorful and delicious! Although prices for food were a bit on the high side,(that’s really everywhere these days) it was a good value as they gave generous portions.

The lady who served us was friendly, welcoming and a true delight to interact with! Service was fast and she even smiled as she put my fortune cookie in the to go bag!

Would definitely return if back...

I’ve lived in Brattleboro for several years now and I’ve always picked other places over this place. Never again!! Don’t be fooled by its signage and business front; this place has some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s super fresh, perfectly cooked, hot, and better yet, the portions actually balance well with the costs. If they had delivery I would be ordering tons!! Give this place a try guys! We had the sliced chicken and broccoli, egg roles, pork fried rice, and fried chicken. Absolutely amazing...

I find myself here at least every week. The owners are extremely friendly and the food is tasty and affordable. I was at the restaurant for lunch this week and a person who came to pickup takeout had a large order. When the owner found out that he was on foot, he immediately said... I'm going to drive you home.... this is too much to carry. Seeing this...
