Literally ordered ahead online, and rushed to pick up at the drive thru so we wouldn't arrive after they stopped serving breakfast. Pulled into the drive thru at 10:08am and waited about three minutes for anyone to address the car in front of us on the loud speaker. After another 2 minutes we made it to the speaker to pick up what I'd ordered on the BK App. I was told to pull forward to second window, and the vehicle in front of us got the food they'd ordered (breakfast was still being served on the drive thru menu when they ordered and I was at the speaker).
After the truck in front of me pulled away from the second window, I drove up. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES, EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES INSIDE AT THE COUNTER. Two female employees noticed us waiting but no one came to the window. Not sure what was going on inside but we had already ordered and paid online at 10:03am and the person in front of us who ordered and paid at the drive thru got their food ...
The parking lot wasn't packed. There wasn't a line behind us and there was no one in front of us. After about 15 minutes of waiting, one of the girls (who actually responded at the speaker when I said I was picking up an app order, finally comes to the window with our bag of food. She said she was sorry about the wait and asked if we needed condiments. I said no, wondering if our food would still be hot since it had been sitting for so long while employees went to the front register.
I paid for (2) Fully Loaded Biscuit Breakfast sandwiches, and a 2 for $5.00 sandwiches (one bacon croissant and one ham croissant). Plus a small hashbrown.
We left the bag closed until we got home after my husband peeked in as we left the parking lot and thought he saw everything underneath the napkins and tumbled hashbrown container. We came home, got inside, opened the bag in the kitchen, and there were only 3 sandwiches and a hashbrown in our bag.
IT'S A SHAME THAT A CUSTOMER WHO USES THE APP ALL THE TIME AND SPENDS MONEY THERE- PAYING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, CANNOT GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR WITHOUT DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECKING THEIR BAG BEFORE THEY DRIVE AWAY. IF I HAD ORDERED AT THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF IN THE APP, IM NOT SURE ID EVEN HAVE GOTTEN NEAR WHAT I ORDERED. BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON THE SCREEN, NO ONE DECIDED TO PAY ATTENTION TO A CUSTOMER THAT PAID IN ADVANCE AND ORDERED AHEAD SO THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE CORRECT.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO GET HOME WITH LUKEWARM FOOD AND A MISSING ITEM.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, food service, retail and healthcare, I KNOW THAT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER, YOU WON'T HAVE THAT JOB WHERE YOU'RE WORKING AT BK.
WHAT HAS EVEN HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Every other visit, something is missing or made incorrectly. It isn't like anyone is rushing to hand us out food so maybe, slow down and take a moment to get it right.
It was just a sandwich, but I DID pay for it and should've gotten...

I hope your manager sees this and give you a raise! You showed so much kindness to my 3 year old daughter from the second we walked into the restaurant. You immediately got her attention with a crown, placed it gently on her head and smiled, putting her nervous self at ease. And then you played pee-a-boo with her from behind the counter while she was eating. I wanted to thank you in person but didn't see you when we left. Please don't ever change. You are a needle in the haystack kind of young woman in the world we live in today. Thank you! Now to address a few of the other young people I both heard and saw, I feel so bad for your manager, the way you talked back to him when he was simply giving you your assignments. And to the young man who was told to come clean the lobby and began loudly talking trash about the customer who had just left with his son about ketchup on the tray, all while swearing and throwing your hands up, loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear, you really need to grow up. Did your parents not teach you respect? This is not how you behave A: at work and to your boss and B: in front of your company's customers but especially in front of a young child! Unacceptable and like I said above, I feel sorry for your manager behe has to deal with all your loud mouths and swearing And also the customers like us that had to listen to it. Grow up! The food was great, the restaurant seemed clean from what I saw. Everything else was good. I hope these punks are addressed. I worked in fast food as a teenager too in the early 2000's and never would I have ever behaved that way at work. I'm also the mom of 8, with multiple of them being teenagers and they would never act this way nor do they act this way...

The manager is rude, the food is alway cold especially late nights when Iāve seen them just scooping old fries out of a bucket. Heās so loud I could hear him complaining over the speaker even as we ordered. We asked for salt free fries and they were obviously just dropped in the grease again. We tried them before we left they were covered in salt. We got onions on our burgers we didnāt want and cheese we didnāt want and were charged for. I asked for the manager and explained what happened, i could have taken the fries, but my wife has high blood pressure. He asked us to pull forward even though nobody was behind us and when i said Iād prefer to wait he rolled his eyes and then a couple minutes later he gave me the bag, and told me I ruled then without cracking a smile then shut the window. Two weeks I placed my whole order before realizing I was talking to a recording and waited a whole minute before someone replied when I asked If they had gotten that I had to repeat the whole order again . The girl was nice though, I think her name was Tabitha. Thereās always something Wrong in my order, itās always loud but I will give them this, there dining room is usually clean and the mens bathroom is ok, although someone needs to change the mirror in the mens room, itās disgusting. Fast food is usually something Iāll do in a pinch but Iād eat at the local McDonaldās before eating here and that should speak volumes. Keep your money or go...
