My family and I have been here twice as of yesterday, and likely will not be back for quite a while. On our first trip the staff was friendly enough and the food was decent. Probably would have given 3 stars based on that experience alone. However, yesterday's experience was terrible. Started with my wife asking what beers were on tap to which the waitress replied "oh I don't know." No offer to find out at all. Our extra side condiment wasn't brought out with the appetizer. When our food arrived we were short a kids meal and instead of a side of fries I had a small container of applesauce with my burger, which was meant to be with the kids meal. My wife's salad came out with cheese after having ordered it without any, then when they brought her remade salad they did not bring any dressing. She didn't realize this until the waitress had left again so we're both still waiting to eat until we can catch her attention. My wife then orders a second drink, which never came. The bill was brought out, which of course had the second drink charged to it. When I brought this up the waitress actually asked if I wanted her to take it off. I was completely blown away. So we wait while the check is corrected and when it comes back I see they've charged me twice for my meal. At this point my patience has been exhausted so I ask to speak to the manager. She apologizes and says she will "take care of it." That amounted to removing the extra meal charge and a 15% discount. I'm not out to get a free meal by any means, and I can excuse a mistake here and there, but when the entire meal is constant errors and shortcomings I would think maybe comp the appetizer or a meal. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere or had a negative experience...
Read moreI honestly hate this place. I've given it 3 tries. 3. And all 3 have been terrible. I got the buffalo chicken wrap the first time and the cheese fries. My wrap was so soggy it couldn't be picked up and the lettuce was so brown and gooey I didn't even say the wrap, it didn't have ranch on it like it was supposed to either. My boyfriend got wings and they sent out the wrong ones, with a completely different sauce on it. The second time I tried the chicken wrap again because maybe it was just a one time thing and this time it wasn't even buffalo and the lettuce was straight nasty again. My boyfriend's burger was cold and hard and we didn't get a refill on either of our drinks. And this last time really takes the cake because it definitely made me decide to never go back. We ordered for pick up. They gave us a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour, not a big deal because it was a friday. Well my boyfriend went to pick it up after an hour and it still wasn't done, okay fine. He waited another 45 minutes for our food. He was so agitated he didn't check the bag to ensure it was right. He gets home, and none of it is right. We called in and, get this, are told we are lying to get free food. I promise, hand on the bible, even if they'd offered a refund on top of replacing the order, I wouldn't even want it. I didn't want my money back or anything. We were going to take in the wrong order and get the right one because I just wanted my food that I paid for, not something someone else ordered but she wouldn't replace my food and HUNG UP ON ME. Read moreApparently, it was decided for me that I had nothing better to do this evening except to drive back and forth to Wings etc for no reason. Let me explain. I live about 20 minutes from this place. Initially, this is no big deal. I made an online order for a grilled chicken salad, with blue cheese dressing, and a cup of chili. I drive the 20 minutes, pick up my order, and start driving home. I opened the bag and pulled out the chili, but no flatware or napkins. Not a big deal, I basically drank the chili and it was fantastic. I get home, sort a couple of things out, then grab the salad and a fork....but there's no dressing. I go back out to my truck and look for the dressing, no dressing. I go back inside and rummage through the salad, no dressing. I called and explained what was going on and was given 2 options: get a digital gift certificate, or come back for the dressing. Since I have no plans to ever eat here again, I told the nice lady on the phone that I would be there in about 30 minutes to get the dressing. "We'll have it at the end of the bar when you get here". Uh huh. I drive the 20 minutes BACK and walk inside, I go to the end of the bar, no dressing. I look at the other end of the bar, no dressing. I stand there like an idjet for about 1.5 minutes and decided I'd had enough of Wings etc. Since I've spent almost as much in gas as I did the salad, I'll just chalk this up as a lesson learned.
