Sadly this review is for their call center. Disrespectful bunch they are. I am quite confused at why Papa Johns store number leads to a call center and not the store. First and foremost if you are calling in to place an order and you want to get to the store, not just some random person. You have to push 5 not 3 for delivery (common sense decision). You have to push 5. Don't push 3 or you'll have the experience I had and let's just say DISRESPECTFUL doesn't scrap the surface. It was so bad I actually thought I just gave my card info to a random person and I was about to lose all my money. It wasn't till I had to call the store yet again and confirm that I had actually placed an order. Because I definitely wasn't told that my order was placed. Nope I just got hung up on right after reading my card number. Thanks. Shame Domino's phone leads right to them and so does Pizza Hut. Papa johns has their number out sourced to save money. Shame. Very bad experience and I hope everyone pushes 5 and not 3 for delivery. It will save you heart ache in the end. Sorry Papa Johns you failed to do it...
Read moreWant to start off with I don’t usually order delivery, but WORST experience everytime I have. I ordered wings WELL DONE. The wings I received were the opposite. They didn’t even taste fully cooked let alone well done. Then I put NO CONTACT delivery. I hear the door because my dog is going off but I’m in the bathroom so I figured they would just leave it. NOPE!! Proceeded to knock 4 more different times, take my food back to the vehicle, and call the number on file (which isn’t mine and that’s my own fault it needed update) I eventually get out of bathroom and open the door to him talking to someone about my order. I asked what the problem was and that it was suppose to be contactless order and it said that but he didn’t see… goes to all this extra trouble but couldn’t even look at the receipt. I wouldn’t have even wrote this review HAD THE CHICKEN BEEN FULLY COOKED. BUT THAT SENT ME !!! Will be avoiding Brazil Papa Johns. I don’t care if I have to drive to Greencastle or Terre Haute but there is no way I am eating at this location anymore. The food + customer service...

But that new manager ...well that's a different story....she can cop and attitude when I'm the one paying ! Called 5 times bc...said she could not hear me. I get it My phone sucks and I'm getting a new one...but she seemed determined to make sure to let me know that I was inconveniencing her. When I talked louder so she could hear me she said she was "not going to let me yell at her !!???!! What ?? You just said you coulnd,t hear me !
Everone I talk to there is nice, and I've been a pretty regular customer for several years..but she needs customer service...
