Express — Local services in Brea

Rude manager and employee refused to accept a return for an online order that was within 30 days for the ship date. They stated that the return window was 30 days from the order date (I would have been one day past), even though the website clearly states the return window is 30 days from the ship date. I even showed them the policy on the website and they told me the “website was wrong and needs to be changed.” There was nothing wrong with the items. Horrible customer service and return policy since it took me 2 weeks from the order date to receive my items, only giving me 2 weeks to do a return according to them. I even confirmed with online customer support that my items were still eligible for returns; however, after the treatment I received when I went to the store the first time, I was not going to make a separate trip out there again to be treated...

The manager (she had purple hair) failed to return the right amount of money. One of the tops we bought was on sale for $19.99, originally $29.99, and the worker who rang us up charged for the original price and not the discounted. When we went back to let her know the manager claimed that since we used our points for the purchase, we would only get some of the ten dollars back. Yet, if the original worker would have rang up our price correct we would have the ten dollars and no issue. She continuously tried to explain the "reason" behind it, failing to realize it was one of her workers who messed up. She even claimed to say that that specific top was being rang up wrong all day. The six dollars in retrospect does not matter, it's the principle. This Express did not fulfill the expectations that many others do. Will not be visiting this...

Express is one of my favorite places to get my clothes. They contain a good balance of classy and hip. I buy all my work clothes from there. (They usually have really great deals on Black Friday.) I shop in the men's section, and sometimes the men's section at Express is small, but at this location, it's pretty decent. Whenever I go there, there's always a large selection to look at. It sometimes seems small compared to the women's section (which is more than half the store). I've always been able to find my size and what I'm looking for there. For some reason, the staff there are really nice, but the line at the register is slower than...
